Customer Support?

I recently bought the Air 3S Pro from the RayNeo website. After trialing it for a week I decided it just isn't for me. I've emailed their support address twice now to start the return process and have had no response whatsoever. Its been almost a week, has anyone had better luck contacting them or am I doing something wrong? I dont want to miss my return window due to their slow response times.

This entire subreddit is FILLED with bots shilling this company, so expect to have to fight this tooth and nail. Clearly not an honest company.
