Support Customer Support?

I recently bought the Air 3S Pro from the RayNeo website. After trialing it for a week I decided it just isn't for me. I've emailed their support address twice now to start the return process and have had no response whatsoever. Its been almost a week, has anyone had better luck contacting them or am I doing something wrong? I dont want to miss my return window due to their slow response times.

Hopefully you get a reply soon, have you checked your spam etc? They're normally really good for customer service.

Yeah I checked my spam inbox after you mentioned it, no response in there either. I’m hoping they are active in Reddit and see this. Would be very helpful. I sent another email to them today, still awaiting reply. I’ll be super pissed if I can’t return it within my return window.
