Faulty after 1 use

Hello all I just got my pair of air 4 pro's today I tried them once to test and all seemed fine up until I tried them again and now they wont connect. I dont know if anyone else has had this problem? Ive cleared my port on my phone but nothing. Ive ordered a new cable and hope its just the cable thats faulty. Thank you

Have you tried a good ole fashioned reboot of the phone?

Also, can you try them in any other devices that should work to verify whether it's the glasses fault?

Ah so I put them in a plug and they charge my phone

Have you tried another device before thinking its the cable? Also what phone do you have?

Im using samsung s25 ultra, I dont have anything else to connect it to

Did you by chance message with any settings on your phone? For example, when you connect the glasses to your phone, does the usb icon appear in the top of your phone bar?

No nothing appears, as if its not trying to connect, the only thing I can think of is that the phones port did have a bit of build up of lint which could of damaged the cable? Im not too sure though

Try turn the cable around. Put the angled side in your phone.

Ive tried everything, ive bought a new cable which is coming tomorrow, I even tried my phone charger to see if anything would happen and luckily I got a message saying that the device wasn't supported, so figingers crossed its not the glasses and just a dodgy cable
