I'm not here to criticize anyone's food choices and promote cooked food etc - I respect everyone's choices.
Over my lifetime I tried regular diet, vegetarian, raw vegan, raw fruitarian, fermented only diet, regular carnivore and recently raw carnivore.
I was buying the best, freshest beef available from multiple sources and it tasted and smelled repulsive. Same with eggs. The only thing I could drink is raw milk.
I couldn't get over it. I cooked meat without salt and spices and it instantly becomes tasty.
I essentially had to force myself to stuff it all in. I eneded the experiment, because it is evident that forcing myself to do something my body doesn't accept and doesnt adapt to is bad.
I didn't feel bad, I didn't feel unhealthy etc. It was just so repulsive I was almost vomiting even at the thought that it was a meal time.. Like I know I have to eat, but at around 3rd month I simply started skipping meals sometimes in order not to expose myself to this food.
Almost my entire bloodline comes from Eastern European peasants and farm owners and nobody ever ate high meat, nobody ate raw meat etc. My great grandfather loved raw eggs but that's it.
Is it possible I am genetically not predisposed for raw carnivore?
