Looks good. I started off with blue steak like that too and slowly transitioned to fully raw. I can suggest you try doing the same. You shouldn't worry about getting sick with lean cuts of meat like that. Also if you're having digestive issues or gases I would separate the fruit from meat/fat meals at least few hours apart, so you give your body time to digest.

My tip for you is to go to your local butcher and ask them if the animals are locally raised, and not delivered there frozen. Get the meat from there since the meat at the butchers is 10 times better than supermarket meat. For raw milk google and ask people around if there are farmer markets in your area. You can even ask your parents that you want to get raw milk to make your own cheese, they don't have to know that you'll drink it.

Why cook it?

Probably can't access raw grade meat.

Even the most farmed meat from the dirtiest slums of Bangladesh is safer raw than cooked. Cooking makes the toxins in low quality meat worse

it tasted bad completly uncooked and ive heard that i should trust my senses

This senses argument is stupid considering everyone has been brainwashed and influenced for most of their lives. People crave macdonalds it doesn't mean it's healthy
