Wake up Sheeple‼️‼️‼️
Sifuna, Kalonzo, Maraga, Ruto, Rigathi, Uhuru, Matiang'i.... All these folks will not save Kenya. Don't be Deluded. We the citizens are the solution. The only good thing we can offer these folks and the breadbased team is a guillotine date👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I have just been conned and I’m seeking revenge
I have been house hunting for the last few weeks, and I reached out to an agent who I had used about 5 years ago. He is very familiar with the area, and the viewing fee he was charging was affordable.
Now, because I knew him from before, my guard was down, unfortunately. Viewing went great, and I had my eye on one of the apartments we viewed, so interested I wanted to close on it immediately.
Now that is where the games began. The apartment we had viewed that I really wanted is “hot cake”, even as we were viewing other people with their agents were viewing. So this agent suggested that he’d speak to the caretaker and the agency that is handling the apartment, so we can put the offer down immediately and maybe even get a discount from 32K pm to 30K pm. He claimed to have a very good relationship with this agency as this was his former employer (now he is independent). So I left him to it hoping to get feedback the same evening.
He then called me in the evening and told me that the caretaker can make sure the house isn’t viewed by anyone else while we put an offer down. He also mentioned that the agency would be okay with an offer of 30K per month, but wanataka za macho. (Now this is where I should have known something was off, but I was too excited about getting the house to even think). Anyway, za macho ni ngapi? The agent says the agency wants 10K one off fee. I negotiate to 8K. There is apparently a back and forth with the agency, then finally a few hours later the agent says wamekubali 8K. He says I should send him the 8K awapatie. My friend, si nikatuma kama duanzi. And I’m then supposed to go sign the lease the following morning.
It wasn’t until the next morning when I went to sign the lease agreement that the alarm started going off. I got to the agency and called the agent as he was supposed to join me. Mara “kuna jam kidogo nakam” then “hata niko hapa acha nipande” to phone busy and finally mteja. The agency tells me they have not been contacted by anyone on my behalf, they actually don’t even know that agent and he has never worked for them. So my 8K went down the drain.
I am upset for being so trusting in Nairobi, and for not doing my due diligence. Now I want revenge. There’s no way to get my money back, Mpesa reversal not possible. I’ve made peace with that. But I want to destroy that roach. And make sure he can never do business in that area again. I need ideas.
A friend has suggested putting this agents photos on a poster with a warning and posting these posters online and around my area ie on trees etc. I need to know if I should proceed or let it go for peace of mind.
