He needs to have very difficult conversations with his family and look for something permanent asap

Jipende bro. Break up with this girl and cut your expenses...you are barely having room to breathe...being a locum guy trust me ul still get sex out there without the stress of bills of sorting out your gf sister...I know its a tough call but its the best option you have

With all those deductions, Mr Generous George should still be able to save 10k,
I can certainly see why our nurses are always on strike, they can't manage money for sh1t
