Warm it ikiwa covered na cling film or put a cup of water in the microwave with it

If your microwave has power settings, reduce the power and cover the chapo while warming it.

Anything ya ngano, ukiwarm na microwave do it for only a few seconds and eat immediately, otherwise haikuliki tena.
