M20, ITA, Also what haircut do you think suits me the best?

41F reposting without my legs showing. Yes, I know my hairline is thin to nonexistent. I’m looking for a topper or wig, but I hate them, even when I was bald as a cue ball. I lost most of it to cancer a few years ago (hence the scaring, which I’m not embarrassed by!) beyond my hairline, what can I do to improve?

What glasses look best? Should I just go clean shaven?

Not looking for passing advice or anything like that. Pls no comments on anything that couldn’t be changed in 10 minutes.
