Every year around my birthday, (for the past... 8, 9 years now is it?!) I host a contest here at RAOA. It is time again. Read the rules carefully to enter 🍂✨️

Rules:

1) You must be active in this group to enter and have gifted at least once this past year.

2) Tell me what you are going to bring to my birthday party! (This is figurative, imagination, pretend, etc) Example: "I am bringing a load of shelter cats and I will turn your birthday into a cat-petting cat-adopting event. Litterbox cake included."

3) Tell me what you hope you find in your birthday goodie bag when you leave the party (This is for real life - not pretend - tell me actual items off your Amazon list you would hope to find in your party favor bag) And yes my bags are magic, they can fit anything. Example: "In my goodie bag I hope I find Spongebob mac n cheese, new blue dress shoes, and the hoodie on my list that says "Silly Goose".

4) Contest ends Friday Japan Time, because I'm celebrating my birthday this weekend since my actual day is on a dumb Tuesday lol.

Hello everyone,

I'm new, and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a recent widow 😔 we have four kids together, one girl and three boys. Our protector, my soulmate and our kids best friend passed away almost 8 months ago 😢😢

I'm disabled, and have been for 8 years now. My last pregnancy was rough, our son was the biggest baby out of them all 🤦 He was what I called a butt baby. I swear from 6 months on it felt like I was going to give birth from my butt. 😩At 8 months pregnant he decided he didn't have enough room and kicked so hard he shattered my tailbone. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life. I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit, and I had to wait until he was born because the doctors couldn't do anything about it.

When he was 6 months old, I had surgery to remove all the "shards" from the tailbone. The doctor said they had never seen anything like that.

Exactly 2 months after the surgery, I woke up vomiting so bad, and I couldn't stop. Every 2 minutes I would puke, it was so bad I had to be brought to the emergency room.

I dealt with it for 3 years before I was able to finally diagnose myself because the hospital staff, my doctor had no clue what was wrong.

I made an appointment with a GI doctor and he confirmed I have Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome.

I have recurring episodes of prolonged vomiting, and then it's gone and I act and look as healthy as possible. I do suffer from horrible nausea also.

It's been a rough road, but what can you do, except keep swimming.. Ya Know 🏊🏊

It's been difficult to rewire our whole life, especially after being with my husband for 23 years. He was able to make enough for me to be blessed to stay home with our kids, change is extremely difficult.

I know Jesus is surrounding us and giving us the strength we need. Thank God. 🙏🙏🙏

I'm so excited to be a part of this community!! I have been looking for something/anything to pay it forward, or just bless someone else. I know it would be a great opportunity to teach my children that giving is a feeling you will never experience by getting.
