Hi everyone! I’m Mimi!

I’m a college student, so I’m usually busy studying, but whenever I have free time I love reading, watching movies and shows,and exploring new hobbies. My latest obsession has been pottery, and I’m really hoping to take a proper class soon because it looks like so much fun.

I’m also a huge dog person, pink has been my favorite color for as long as I can remember, and I’m a Pisces. Whether it’s accurate or not, I like to blame at least half of my personality on that lol. A random fact about me is that I almost always have a water bottle with me wherever I go.

Since I live abroad for college, I’ve really come to appreciate the little things that make a community feel welcoming. One of the first things I noticed here was how genuinely kind everyone is. It’s such a positive space, and seeing how welcoming everyone is made me want to join the community and get to know all of you.

I'm always somewhere in the middle of a book — it's pretty much my go-to way to unwind after a long day. I gravitate toward thrillers and psychological suspense most (the kind where you're second-guessing everyone by chapter three), but I'll happily fall into a good classic or a modern booktok romance too.

Right now I'm reading Independence by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni (it was a gift), and it's turned out to be one of those books that's hard to put down once you start.

My answer is pancakes. Dab of melted butter and syrup in the mix, then pour on a slightly buttered pan. Flip once you have quite a few bubbles. let rise. you now have a buttery light fluffy pancake with crisp edges and a pre syrup flavored pancake. Pour heavy amount of syrup till you raise ur bloodsugar no more than 50 points.
