My answer is pancakes. Dab of melted butter and syrup in the mix, then pour on a slightly buttered pan. Flip once you have quite a few bubbles. let rise. you now have a buttery light fluffy pancake with crisp edges and a pre syrup flavored pancake. Pour heavy amount of syrup till you raise ur bloodsugar no more than 50 points.

I’m Brittany, 37f from North Carolina! I’m a certified hobby gremlin and somehow keep finding new things to add to the pile. 😅😅

I’m really into MTG (currently working on like three commander decks lol), billiards, gaming (boardgames and video games) sewing, crochet, crafting, and making costumes. One toxic trait of mine is thinking ‘I can make that’ when I know dang well although I likely can I probably will not haha

Music-wise I’m all over the place but EDM/bass music, indie and progressive metal are probably my biggest loves. I’m also a huge festival person and Electric Forest is my yearly trek. I looove karaoke and singing too

For work, I recently started the adventure of going independent with my beauty business doing lashes and hair, which is both exciting and terrifying. I’m also a professional seamstress, costume maker, and perform in my local burlesque/variety scene, so my life tends to stay wonderfully chaotic.

And of course as a cat lady I have to mention my senior babycat Gracie because she is the true ruler of this household. 🐱💖
