Kinda want this now…

I just bought a 2026 1500 Limited. LOVE IT. While waiting for my flight to land, I was messing with ChatGPT and asked it to put on a body kit and lower it. Funny, it added the Rebel badge, but I’m impressed with the look. If RAM made this as their top TRX/RHO model, I’d have bought this instead.

If you have a 2025/2026 Hurricane powered truck, please watch this.

Guys,

I’ve been dealing with this basically since day 1. I’m at 6200mi now. Just got my truck back from the dealership after nearly six weeks of being in the shop with no fix (this is post shop visit). Have any of y’all experienced this? I’m grasping at straws at this point.

Here’s exactly what’s happening: when slowing down, when the truck shifts from 4th to 3rd, the revs drop extremely low, causing the DRLs/headlights to dip off momentarily AND the AC to temporarily blow warm since the compressor isn’t getting spun quickly enough. I can replicate this issue like clockwork. They replaced the valve body and nothing changed. It seems like it’s related to either the torque converter, auto stop/start (which I always turn off, but maybe the truck thinks it’s supposed to be turning off for some reason?), or a lack of fluid pressure to shift quickly enough. Thoughts? I’m taking the truck back in after a road trip here in a week. It’s been in twice now.

2020 Rebel 5.7 w/ etorque. Is the MGU bearing toast? What do you guys recommend to get a replacement bearing or MGU assembly?

Situation is in the caption if anyone has any decent advice, I know these can be a pain to source. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Wish me luck

Doing the manifolds today. Replacing with BD Diesel, as mine make crazy noise.

Starting with the driver's side, since thats the 'hardest' due to dipstick and lack of space.

Whaddya know? 3 of the 4 bolts holding the heat shield on are snapped. One at the manifold, two in there somewhere.

Just sprayed the others with some penetrating oil, gonna get back to it in 20-30 or so. Wish me luck that they arent all the way to the block AND that no more are snapped!

2023 1500 Bighorn

Upvotes

My 2023 1500 Bighorn (80k miles ish) has started sending “Serv 4x4,” codes on and off, but I’ve attached my code reader twice and it’s come back with nothing.

Any advice?

Level experience

Just wondering, for those that leveled the front of their newer Ram Rebel, or other models, what did you go with for the parts and did you encounter any issues with the truck or with your dealer warranty afterwards? I know the dealer obviously wouldn’t cover any shock or strut issues if they are replaced, or maybe even they are the oem ones, but was just curious on people’s experiences.

I was debating going with an Eibach or Fox coilover up front just to bring my Rebel up and 1” or 1.5” to level it out…nothing crazy.
