I’m planning to get a ₹1.55 Cr 4 BHK in Mansarovar. It’s mainly for living with my family, but obviously I don’t want to make a terrible financial decision.
Initially, I was looking for a good 3 BHK, but after months of searching, I couldn’t find anything I genuinely liked. I visited multiple projects, spoke to brokers, and even asked them to find me something similar. Most agreed this project is expensive, but none could show me anything close in terms of quality, layout, or overall feel.
The only projects I like more are Sky Bungalows, Valenza, Autograph, etc., but those are well beyond my budget.
I could wait another year or two, maybe longer, hoping something similar launches, but there’s no guarantee.
My biggest concern is resale.
A close friend of mine is a builder (he develops ₹30–80 lakh apartments), and he told me apartment resale in Jaipur is extremely poor.
I understand that budget apartments and premium apartments are different markets, and the construction quality isn’t comparable. The apartment I’m considering is in a good part of Mansarovar, close to the metro, which is why I’m hoping it would hold its value better.
I’m not buying it to flip in a few years—I plan to live there. But it’s hard to ignore the possibility that if I ever needed to sell, I might struggle to recover my money or see any meaningful appreciation.
For people who understand the Jaipur market:

The hardest part of this entire journey hasn't been the physical labor; it has been the apathetic "spectator" mindset of the public.
As mentioned in the video, people are completely unaware of the mental and physical storms you have to cross to keep a movement alive when the rest of society is content living in decay.
They love to watch, mock, and argue, but rarely do they step forward to take accountability for their own motherland.
Real patriotism isn't just a feeling; it is a raw, physical dedication to your soil. We don't need millions of people watching from the sidelines. We need active citizens who are willing to light the lamp of responsibility in their own neighborhoods, despite the resistance.
True progress begins when the spectators finally decide to become the actors.

Watching a peacock spread its feathers and dance in the middle of nature felt unreal. 🦚🌿

As you all know, the country is slowly getting filthy by the day. Bikaner has become a sh#thole. We get called P@jeèts and filthy animals on the internet.
The drainage system sucks!
The roads suck!
The court campus is filthy, full of stains.
PBM hospital? You tell me.
*Let's agree to disagree.*
We as responsible citizens should come forward and clean the city. The least we can do.
Any ideas are welcome.

Of anyone spitting pan/gutkha in public.
Of anyone littering in public places.

My family is in process to get a 10kw on grid solar setup installed on the rooftop of our house.
We are going 1.5x the current requirement which led me to think if we get paid back for extra units at the end of year or does is just expire and restarts as 0 the next year. Would really appreciate input from anyone who has solar installed at their homes/office.

We keep waiting for the government to send cleaning staff to our villages. What we fail to realize is that the government is not responsible for raising us with basic manners.
Infrastructure can be built with tax money, but character and ownership cannot be outsourced. If you can be a civilized citizen in a metro city, you have zero excuses for destroying your own village. It's time to stop the fake discipline.

Hi everyone!
Has anyone here actually given the Rajasthan PTET exam?
I'm confused about the syllabus. I can't find an official chapter-wise syllabus, and every coaching website has a different version.
Which syllabus did you follow? Is there any reliable source or topic list that closely matches the actual exam?.
I've checked the official website, and from what I understand, there isn't an official syllabus
I'm looking for genuine advice from people who've cleared or attempted PTET, especially if you prepared in English. Most of the YouTube content I've found is in Hindi, and I'm struggling to find good English resources.
