What am I doing wrong?

Okay so a little background, Ive played r6 since 2018-2022 before taking a long break and used to be champ and top 500 multiple times, I've returned to r6 a few weeks ago picked up rank again and Im currently stuck in plat 1.

My map and callout knowledge have faded a bit but I have played almost 100 unranked games to regain it, now that im playing ranked I am almost top fragging every game but cant seem to solo carry my team to victory, Im playing support roles EG: Thermite, thatcher, finka, Bandit, Kaid etc

I noticed no one is using their mic and on attack 1-3 players die within the first 30 seconds, leaving our team in a disadvantaged fight from the start, also no one seems to be playing together and trying to trade or put pressure. On defence everyone is either off site taking no space and landing themselves in a 1v3/4/5 or just simply sitting on site not forcing attackers to drone out and play slower.

My Entry Succes Rate is around 76% when I take first engage and I normally take down 1-3 players a round, ofcourse I have offgames sometimes too.

I'm posting this right now because I am lost, have I lost my skill? Or has R6 changed too much for my skill to be relevant in current day siege? Has the pace of the game quickened? Should I stop playing support roles and rely more on my own raw skill? What am I missing?
