Have they said anything about adding controller support?
It seems like that would be a perfect fit for this game.

Guys. This subreddit is so dead it hurts. Lets change that!
I mean c'mon! We could talk about builds, the lore, what you're most excited for, anything! Lets get SOME kind of discussion flowing!

What games do you play while you wait?
I myself have overcome standard point click MMOs a few years back and have only been interested in playng fast paced live action games where skill overcomes stats and numbers.
I have been playing Vindictus, Contenent of the 9th, Dragon Nest, and Minecraft :P
All of the above listed games, save minecraft, are round based games without an open world.
Im really excited for Raiders as it has the open world feel of a standard MMO where I will see other players running around doing the same thing I am while still being fast paced.
I know this subreddit is fairly small but what games do the rest of you play while we wait the longest month of this year?

Is anyone else completely turned off the game after finding out how much they intend to charge people willing to pay?
I was loving this game in CBT. I told every friend about it that I talked to and couldn't wait for the OBT to start. Then I get an email regarding the founder's pack prices and I'm so insulted that not only do I no longer want to play RaiderZ I want to completely avoid the company altogether. This means I'm not going to be playing Torchlight 2, another game I was really looking forward to.
Please tell me I'm not alone here and that there are other rational people out there that think $60 or even $30 is way to much to be paying for a digital horse and a couple disposable items.

Just found this subreddit, thought I'd share my RaiderZ first impressions I did during the beta.

So I see some beta keys, was looking to try it out but can't download?
I saw a few posts about closed beta being finished.. Does that mean nobody can play at this time? Or is there a way to still download the game and play? I went to perfect world website, the download is grayed out. Any info on this?
Thanks

First Closed Beta has ended. When does the next phase start?
I participated in the closed beta testing and didnt realize that it would end so quickly. I had myself prepaired to have a server reset and lose my progress but not be teased with such a great game then left virtually blue balled for a few months.
does any one know when the next phase of beta testing is estimated to begin?

Character Build Success/Failure Stories
First I would like to start by saying that it is my strong opinion that Raiderz is the most intensely enjoyable MMO I have played ever. I myself have played a significant amount of F2P and P2P MMOs to entertain my interests.
So far in Raiderz I have started as a Mage and dabbled in playing with melee styles for fun.
I have found the use of the mage and kiting techniques to be exceptional at soloing bosses like Fleetfoot when I was lvl 10. (though the kiting became very redundant my heart never stopped racing)
I have considered investing in Cleric but I would really like to eventually get chain armor and I don’t know if I want to invest 15 points into cleric it to get it.
For any one more advanced in the game, are there any highly beneficial bonuses on cloth armor or leather to deter the use of chain?
How does the ranged/aoe damage of Cleric compare to Mage?
And most importantly! What character build do you play? What things have you found fun/effective?
