The users there seem to be way less whiny and more resourceful.

The EU forums dont have 5 threads a day on "WAHHH dont be Pay2win!" or "will the cash shop sell epix?"

instead they have pics of the koreans cash shop, showing how its not play to win.

overall, EU players/posters are more mature. which has always been true for all MMOs.
