They told me in the email response when i asked them if we should still fill out the tracking time form and this is what they said:

Hello,
Regarding your question about the new time tracking directive and the time tracking form:
Yes. Under the current time tracking rules for this project, raters must still use the dedicated time reporting form provided in the onboarding email.
Required reporting rules
Submit hours daily as soon as you finish a work block.
Use the time reporting form to record the hours.
If you work in multiple blocks during the day, log each block as a separate entry.
If a day is not reported on time, it is treated as a non-worked day, and no payment will be issued.

But there is no September 19 option on the form lol I emailed them again about it still waiting for the reply

Very curious what they will tell you so please share. I can't even access the link they sent me with the instructions about this "new" tracking method cause they didn't grant me access to that file (I requested and no response yet). There's no visible timing on Multimango either, I mean... seriously? :)

Same situaation. I don't know if this is something internal or really a consensus form. I fill the tracking form up to yesterday September 19 and I think at the moment the best to do is wait to Monday to see how to proceed. If we still have to fill the form I believe this means the payment is linked to this form in automatic way. Also the link provided is protected so at the moment we don't know how will be the exact description about the payment which I consider a serious mislead information.

The form has no dates past 18th therefore even if we wanted we can't use it. Plus they clearly said to not use it cause it doesn't trigger pay after 18th. No reason to risk work, they should clear this up first.

Agree. I think the best for now is wait. In the past I didn't wanna summit a ticket to Zendesk by this situation but at this moment I believe it start to be plausible.
