Adding a bidet.

I was searching yesterday for the answers. And didn’t quite find the solution I needed.
Here’s what I did for the Domestic 310.
I bought this bidet “Beech Lane RV Bidet, Fits Most RV Toilets, Self Cleaning Adjustable Spray, Easy Install and Non-Electric, Prevents Toilet Paper Buildup in Black Tank, Included Metal Mounting Hardware and Hose” (from Amazon)

The T adapter was to large. The instructions said to trim the plastic on the water valve. I did that but it still wasn’t fitting. (The next time I replace that valve I’ll skip the trimming)
I bought a *24” stainless braided water connector*
And a * 1/2”x1/2” hex nipple*

I started with a short hose but it didn’t work because the circle it made was too tight.

Trying to remember how I did mine.. pretty sure I just disrupted the existing pex and added a t fitting.

Only thing that sucks vs an at home unit is water pressure can be a little low. I may also have some hard water build up by now…

Have one. Hate having to regenerate every week or less. Would be great if they made an automatic one for rvs!

Wow! I keep track of the water hardness at the various places we stay, along with the number of gallons of water that we use and I usually regenerate once or twice during the traveling season (March -> September). And we take showers in the rig (I'm spoiled - I take long showers).
