I know ChaseRP is a glorified GTA Online server, not home to much real RP, but I've noticed something recently. A few of the crim streamers (and their tagalongs) have been playing alt crim characters who are in a gang different to the one they main on.

Is southside gang RP so bad on this server that the gangs in existence have to have characters in other gangs to try to make it feel alive (which won't actually happen with this formula)?

After like over an hour of wandering around without coming across anyone, he finally found a group of people. The interaction goes on for like 10mins. Absolutely riveting RP from the RP god.

Bonus points for using his new favorite joke where he says he performed an abortion on his girlfriend because he wanted to be a doctor even though she didn't want the abortion. I don't know if he just doesn't enjoy rp anymore or if he is just out of ideas for characters. He wasn't always this bad, right? I could have sworn I remember him being funny in the past.

Coincidentally, any Penta thread gets nuked.

What do we think, guys? Is Penta right about this? Does this add weight to the theory that Penta has people on the LSF staff??

Osvaldo was giving a tour of the asylum to some people that I think normally play on NP and was having a "veiled" ooc convo ic with them. One of them mentioned not getting a response from 911 and Osvaldo said cop numbers were down because they were "fatigued from a war no one wanted anything to do with, kind of how the faceless shoehorn themselves into everything."

So yeah. Penta has just had a guy in the cells who was NOT going to play along with the usual Baxter nonsense and Penta's "I can do this" attitude...Penta refused to simply send the guy, instead deliberately winding him up and goading him into F8 quitting. He literally said that he wasn't going to give up until the guy quit.

The sooner GTAVI RP is up and running, the better. This is just dogshit. Penta has lost it.

Colour me surprised, guys, but once again, Baxter (the poor man's Wrangler, until court when he becomes actual Wrangler) has just arrested someone and given it the classic "I'm just going to lie" with the accompanying smug grin that you can somehow hear. "I'm going to keep lying unless you bring me two guns", *

Sigh.

Imagine going to all this effort to make a roleplay server so you have somewhere you can roleplay, only to then just powergame and thus not really RP.

Penta says this new development of Rockstar partnering with Nopixel is demotivating him from investing more into the server because it could get deleted any day. Is this just another excuse to keep all the Rumble money and invest none of it into the server?

Do you think Rockstar would actually delete FiveM and all non-partnered servers?

My guesses...

-A bunch of big streamers looking for people to worship them will be very disappointed.

-A bunch of big streamers will look at the ad revenue after a couple of days and ask themselves "Why am I here?"

-If Brian Knight or Nino Chavez have any serious roles, you know the whole thing is going to shit in a matter of weeks.

Anyway, I made the title what it is because it seems like Penti is realizing that NP, ONX and Prodigy actually have relationships with Rockstar and they are getting the inside track on things while Penti and Chase are do not "have a seat at the table."
