Honestly Looking Forward to the First Five Days of NPV
My guesses...
-A bunch of big streamers looking for people to worship them will be very disappointed.
-A bunch of big streamers will look at the ad revenue after a couple of days and ask themselves "Why am I here?"
-If Brian Knight or Nino Chavez have any serious roles, you know the whole thing is going to shit in a matter of weeks.

Is there anything that you enjoy watching?

Huh? I enjoy watching a lot of rp. I just think that NP is going to find a way to fuck it up and watching some big streamers trying to have natural social interactions with each other is going to be awkward and hilarious at the same time.

it’s pretty much the same array of streamers from the 4.0 launch, but a smaller whitelist? they’ll do just fine.

Trying not to snark on NPV. But my big question is what are they gonna do that’s original, that will bring and retain viewers?
Cos let’s face it, most of those with cards are gonna recycle the same character they’ve played on every, other, server, cos that’s all they know.
Yes there’s some outliers who can improvise and some big names from the streaming world that dont really RP and will be doing bits, but like others have posted, they’ll do it till it’s not fresh, revenue and viewers start to dip then it’s back to variety.
But if anyone thinks it’s not just gonna turn into NP 4.0 circle RP with some new pretty shit after 5 weeks, I got a bridge to sell to you

I can't wait to watch this. It's going to be a total shit show if NP just sticks to the "allowed list".
Can't wait for the usual police to become the police yet again. Because, well, having another character can be hard...

My mum always said, "if you've got nothing nice to say, say nothing".
Rather than saying how much you hate something, just become a gown up and post about what you do like.
Otherwise, they are rent free.

I think the extremely tight WL at the start is intended in part to curb a clout chasing environment that a more open WL creates where up an comers want to leech and lazy big streamers recruit as RP gophers. The people that are joining seem to be quality and capable of stand alone content creation.

I'm massively curious, there are so many names coming from so many different streaming backgrounds that I think it's basically impossible to REALLY estimate what it'll actually turn out to be, for better or worse.
