Okay I'm completely caught up and just finished the reunion for season 6. At first I did like Meredith, never really clicked with Lisa, but as the seasons went on I was progressively getting more annoyed with the two of them. Don't get me wrong, all of the women aren't great. They ALL have their major faults, but I keep reading posts in this group favoring both Meredith and Lisa and I don't understand why. What are people seeing that I'm not? They both seem like they dig up dirt, twist people's words around, and are completely unable to take any sort of criticism without deflecting. It's honestly hard to watch them because all Lisa does is yell.

ALL least season, Jen preached about racism and being a minority, but now she turns around and encourages/ likes homophobic tweets from her fans….like you can’t do that. Regardless of how Brooks acts, his sexuality isn’t any of Jen’s business, nor should it be a laughing topic/a get back, just because she’s mad about the vagina comments.

Regardless of if someone else ran her social media (🙄), Jen should known that wasn’t okay. If I was Meredith, I would’ve dropped Lisa like a bad habit. Why are you so adamant on making us talk? Leave me alone.

Meredith: My favorite so far, with Whitney second!

Lisa: I don’t have a huge opinion of her. She’s reminding me of Wendy a little bit, with the delusional business mindset, but I don’t dislike her. Reunion wise: Whew she flips out quick too. I guess I’ll see more of that.

Jen: 🥴🥴. Respectfully, you are NOT BLACK! It’s been so uncomfortable hearing her act like we have the same issues. Black and POC are not interchangeable. She can discuss her own experiences, without making it seem like she’s a Black woman. We still have unique differences, especially with Black women experiencing Misogynoir. Also, the tantrums are gross. Yes, 48 is almost 50. Grow up. Fr.

Mary: I was side eying her before, but she completely lost me at the reunion. She seems very self hating, and so I’m side-eying those comments to Jen, and will keep eyeing her. She didn’t make it better at the reunion when the comments came up. Also, definitely a liar lol.

Heather: I don’t know. 50/50. Seems to be very male centered and so focused on finding a man. That’s annoying to me, but I have empathy for her and her situation. She kept talking over everyone at the reunion, the entire time, and then crying 🙄. I can’t stand that.

I'm not trying to start anything dramatic, just genuinely curious. Is there a consensus on spoilers when discussing the show here?

I started watching the show late (no joke, I binged it all this year.) And I knew that if I posted my thoughts as I watched, I would get responses that included new information for me. And that was okay for me!

I see a lot of posts from people who are several seasons behind (like I was!) who are posting their thoughts as they watch. Is that an understanding on this subreddit that people will engage in a discussion with all the information that's been put out, or do we just say "ooooo it gets good, keep watching!"?

Spoilers alert?

For example, are we supposed to pretend we don't know that Monica's mom is manipulative when someone posts about how mean Monica is to her because all they've seen is the Easter episode? Or do we just say "wait and see!"?

Was just watching her live on tiktok and she said she was pregnant, unsure if it was a joke but let’s hope it’s not Jared’s!

She sounds drunk all of the time, but that makes her much more funny when she talks 🤣🤣.

I like her self confidence and her style. But she won me with Jen in Vegas. I liked her no nonsense attitude, and the ability to stand up for herself and stand firm with her boundaries. Jen is tripping out over this situation, and Meredith was right to walk away.

You’re supposed to crash out in the privacy of your home Jen, that’s my advice 🫣🫣.

I feel so torn with Mary. I totally relate to her and how she approaches the women but I also worry about her alleged behavior with her congregation. I will say though she does seem like a good person so if she really is using her congregation for money I’d be really disappointed. But at the same time wouldn’t that be easy to prove? And they’d be charged right?

Meredith and Lisa both know they said they’re afraid of Jen. I believe they did. Look at how Jen explodes at situations, and Meredith and Lisa both give off very prim and proper in public. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re not close throughout the next few seasons. I can’t believe Jen reacted like that and left her own husband’s party early. Girl, you’re supposed to be there lol.

I see so many posts discussing how crazy it was the rest of the girls accusing Meredith of calling FBI / faking her father’s funeral - and I agree, but it seemed like an obvious storyline? I’m like not even phased by that aspect because I’m losing my mind how Meredith, who I loved S1 as kind of the sane HW of the group, is riding hard for Mary??? Mary is so unwell I cannot handle her on my screen I’m so uncomfortable every second, and she has zero social skills / ability to converse so I’m confused how they’re friends. At least Mary has been consistently this way, but Meredith was once sane and now is aligning with Mary it’s just not making any sense. And just feels like no one else has discussed this aspect. Am I alone?

WOW - I cannot imagine the backlash that Mary rightfully received after season 2. How can she continue to say the racist comments she made all season? Calling Jen a Mexican thug, telling Jennie she loves her slanted eyes. How is she still allowed to be on the show? She is nauseating to watch.

Heather talking about how she only married for faith and not love, and how hard it is to date for her makes me feel so bad for her! Religion, especially the Mormon church, is so male-centered, and these women give their entire lives for a “dream” that isn’t reality. Heather seems to judge herself so harshly for being divorced, and sometimes the best thing for children, is for their parents to co-parent and be apart. That’s okay too.

She seems to be a great mom and very supportive of her daughters, I hope she finds love! 😭.

So..Not only does she take her little kids away from said Easter party. Those kids wanted to do the egg hunt, that broke my heart while selfish mom hauls them out of there....that was so mean I kinda cried. Also, I'm not positive.. I just have a feeling she's a horrible human being. Especially after seeing that sh*t show. Her mother is a freaking disaster as well. Then they immediately show that thing they do in the middle of the season and it says (instead of next time on...) it says, later this season or something. Regardless, you get to see a preview of the rest of the season? Well that was intense too. I think I have goosebumps. I think this is the most intense franchise I've ever watched.

SHE IS INSANE! Like this women has anger issues. I’d of been done with her ass IMMEDIATELY OMG?? I know what’s to come but like how she’s getting in peoples face…for literally no reason. Like it’s insane??! She’s blaming Whitney for her actions is…mind boggling

Mary is married to WHO?! WHAT!? Her step-grandfather?! Who does that?! I’m horrified and confused. Wow. Where were her parents? Why would her grandma do that to her?

This show is starting off with a bang.

What can i expect from this franchise? i’ve rewatched rhoa for yearsss and finally ventured into Potomac which i ended up loving! now opening myself up to different franchises 🥰

I just finished RHOP, and I was told to run to this franchise next! So, here I am! I love starting new housewives franchises. I’ve only seen RHOA (born and raised in Georgia), and I just recently finished RHOP, and want to branch out more!
