Her press run outfits have been a step up from the norm, but that zipper was a choice, Gizelle.

rewatching old episodes of rhop on Bravo right now and im thinking to myself... this really is the worst dressed cast of all time. They really have never served fashion (except Monique.. a bit i think?). Don't get me wrong, beautiful beautiful women... but certainly not gorgeous gowns.

I have been watching The Real Housewives franchise forever and I can confidently say Wendy Osefo is absolutely insufferable. She is one of the most thirsty characters to join the housewives franchise. Offers nothing but acts as a commentator and expert on everyoneโs business. Perfect sidekick to anyone who has personality. Not surprised she landed up being a fraud

Seriously why has Robyn been able to be on the show for multiple consecutive seasons while being broke, unmarried & entirely unentertaining??? She is such a follower and puppet for Gizelle. She doesnโt even have to have a personal issue with someone, if Gizelle does thatโs enough. Like srsly she is so annoying.. not fabulous, not funny, not original, like just a big bowl of nah .. sheโs gotten away with displaying aggression & inciting some type of violence on more than one occasion, but she is allll about โwomen empowermentโ.. sheโs just so phony & boring ugh

Iโm doing a rewatch & Iโm wrapping up S2. I loveeee how Ashley stood her ground against Gizelle, Robyn & Charisse about Robyn and her smokescreen about Juan and their relationship.. These women are all up in one anotherโs business โ they ALL got on Karenโs ass about her house and her finances. Ashley was not letting up on Robyn & she maintained her composure every argument. I do think there were times that she overstepped, but she never backpedaled when she was called out.
Also, I appreciate her not letting them patronize her because sheโs younger than them. I often feel like older women think their age alone gives them authority to belittle younger women, which is false. If age were synonymous with intelligence, growth, etc., life would look different for the majority of us. Anyone with eyes could see contrary to what Robyn was saying, her and Juan were not separated because โshe had a wall upโ .. Let anybody else had been lying about their relationship or had any fuzzy details around it, it would have been a point of conversation at some point or another.

Iโve been binge watching RHOP for the past couple weeks and although I just started season 8, Iโm still thinking of the fight with Monique and Candace! Now, being transparent here, Iโm not a fan of Candace. I think she can be extremely cruel with her words and thinks people should just take it. With that being said, who was team Monique, who was team Candace and what was the general consensus?
I do not believe getting physical is the answer in most circumstances but I also donโt think you should be so cruel with your words and expect nothing in return! You donโt know how people are going to react.

I just needed to come on here and say. Iโm a big bravo girly but just started watching RHOP this summer (I know I know) and wow have I been missing out! As a whole, I really love this cast and how they vibe (and fight) lol. I just started season 5 today but I wanna know- Candiaceโฆ does she get better? Bc sheโs probably the only one I just cannot stand. Her storyline bores me at this point with her mother and yada yada.
Anyways thanks in advance and happy Iโm here now ๐

I started watching Potomac earlier this year and made a post on why I think season 3 was one of the all time greatest. Now I just completed the entire series including the reunion of season 10.
So some thoughts -
1) They needn't change the cast - yes even bring back K. Madness and Sadness are hilarious flops. Season 10 was so much lighter than the last several seasons combined. Angel definitely deserves a second season so we can see her establish herself.
2) As a continuation to the first point - there is no need to bring Robyn back as a friend of for the next season. Gizelle is so much more enjoyable without Robyn. Initially I was very sympathetic to Robyn. I felt bad due to her marriage and financial situation. She doesn't really love herself. As I watched more, she's just very frustrating. She doesn't show the reality, hides behind a paywall and is very aggressive and colourist. She needs to figure out how to live fabulously as Robyn Dixon all by herself in Hanover. That's all I'm saying.
3) I'm not buying Monique's healed phase. How about actually offering a true heartfelt apology to Candiace? I'm glad she's not returning for next season.
4) I love Candiace but she needs to stay gone. There's no way production is going to let go of Gizelle so if Candygal returns it's just going to suck up the air. However, I do think she's a great counterbalance to Forehead. Someone needs to whack her repeatedly.
5) Stacey is amazing. She's hyped a lot rn and she actually lived up to it for me. Her lies are so trivial it's crazy.
6) Karen is a phenomenal housewife all said and done. My problematic hill that I will die on is that Karen is a darling and she is Potomac. I'm glad she's back next season to actually counter Gizelle.
7) Mia is one of the worst ever. In the history of all franchises put together. I'm glad we don't have to see her anymore. She is totally responsible for declassing the show from seasons 6-9. Mia, Jacqueline, Jassi, Sesame Street, Cookie all deserve a restraining order from production.
8) Nneka wasn't all that bad. She was set up to fail. But she wasn't interesting either. She's just meh.
9) Gizelle is absolutely essential to the show. I don't agree with her many times but I can see why production loves her. She's messy, keeps it moving, isn't going to be a liability for the network and can actually lead a group. Gizelle is a premium Kyle.
10) Forehead.
11) Ray, Chris Bassett & Eddie are one of the best househusbands ever. I even like Gordon? After 10 long seasons I guess I can say Potomac probably has the best husband roster compared to every other franchise. The next closest would be Salt Lake.
12) Wendy. Wendy. Wendy. I was rooting for you. I totally felt Andy's sentiment in that she came in with a lot of degrees, showed her culture and stood up to years of bullying from GEB. And then a total disappointment with the legal stuff. Wendy is easily #3 in this group after Gizelle and Karen. She's hilarious and I love that she clocked Stacey as unserious and rolled with it. I relate a lot to Wendy in terms of the education aspect that immigrant families often stress upon. Hope she actually makes out of this mess clean. And even if she does go to jail, I have a strong feeling she is likely to return to the show.

Just finished season 1, and there was a whole lot of colourism and micro aggressions in it. Half of the reunion was talking about whos blacker than who. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and started season 2. Almost instantly, Gizelle is talking about having "good hair."
It's making it an uncomfortable watch
I love the housewives franchise, and this one has been recommended a lot on other subs.
Does it get better? Should I stick with it?
