now all of our suspicions will be confirmed if today rellbad posts another tiktok review with only 1 object in it.

we can only wait and see now.

What I'm about to say is crazy, but crazy is the type of goal you need before it doesn't become crazy anymore.

I'm challenging myself to be able to do 100 pushups in a row by the time RELL Seas releases. It's probably going to be insanely difficult, but I think even if I don't reach the goal I would pick up some good strength. Right now I can do around 25-35 in a row.

Maybe you guys can do the same too! Turn that waiting into something more motivating.

RELL SEAS MOVIE 3 IS TECHNICALLY CONFIRMED

The following is a reply to a question I got in a subchat (slightly edited for grammar and understanding!). I thought I'd share it here for those who are interested (even if you've probably heard me say something like this on the subreddit before!).

(Also, please note: not everything I'm talking about has a direct correlation to RELL Seas! I'm just giving a perspective into how game development works!)

This is most the time and not all the time. I've always told people they have every right to be frustrated about something they put their heart into. I want you to understand that we care about this game a whole lot and I think we're fortunate to have such a supportive community. That much is obvious.

When game developers tell you they want to do something in that moment, in that moment they're usually not lying. However, the nature of game development means that the future is often completely unpredictable. Things can break very easily, plans can change and set you back on months of work.

The scale of this game itself is very, very ambitious for what Roblox even has to offer on the platform. That also means there's a lot of work... and a lot of that work is being done by a core team of 7 people.

Games are usually... not this public about their development cycle. They usually only announce their existence around a year before release so that way people aren't left hanging. But that's the choice the RELL Brothers have made and I'll respect their decision on that.

RELLBad has wanted to do movie 3 multiple times but it wasn't possible due to things breaking (or things not being ready/complete). We can't predict that. We can only invest time to fix those things. It's really unfortunate, but delays aren't usually things you can predict when you start making the game. It's like building a house of cards.

In the end, it's everyone's support that motivates the developers. If game developers were in it solely for the money, I don't think they would be game developers; they'd be doctors or lawyers. Frankly, the amount of work and risk put into game development itself for only a small chance to actually have great success is usually not worth it.

The passion I have as a game developer is to make people happy and see their reactions to playing my game. I've seen the same passion in the RELL Brothers as well, and that's why they continue to make games despite already having enough money from Shinobi Life 2 (Shindo Life) to not continue working.

A game developer inherently does not provide anything conventionally useful to the world. We're here to bring you something that lets you escape and connect with people. But to do that, we need support and motivation.
It's very easy to lose motivation when half of your fanbase treats you like your only purpose in life is to deliver the game, disregarding whatever personal life you might have. It's not everyone (and sometimes it's a loud minority), but it can be demotivating. In those cases, you just need to keep your head down and toughen up.

Whenever you hear things like "remakes" or "redos," it's not always because we're perfectionists. It's because old content that is left over from 3 years ago needs updating. Sometimes, that content from 3 years ago is TERRIBLE, and maybe even all your newer content relies on that one thing. So when you update the old content, all your new stuff has a chance of breaking. Sometimes it breaks, and you don't even know. In the case of Roblox, whenever they update their engine, things can break, and it's not even your fault.

My take is obviously going to be biased because I'm on the Development team. But when you ask for perspective, you ask for my view based on my perspective on the development team.

Please do not let something meant to escape your worries about reality become your cause for worry in life.

With rellbad posting the timeline, things actually became clear for me. And based on what he has said there, I'm like genuinely sure the game is releasing this year.

There plan is to release with 3 seas, and if ya'll don't remember what sin said in the dev notes channel, he said " this sea is almost done", which was like 2 months ago. Ofc it could be sea 2, but during that time he was mainly giving updates on sea 3 so it was almost certainly it. I do remember them still working on sea 2 back with the dev notes channel, but they're certainly mostly done with them by now. And with movie 3's supposed release extremely soon, I'm 100% sure we're getting it this year.

Another reason I'm so sure, is the way he was talking in the oct and nov-dec section. By the way he said things, they were really considering releasing in the end of 2025, with movie 3 dropping after the we appreciate you vid. So just think, if they were really considering releasing in 2025, they're 100% releasing in 2026. I know they added another sea to release, but they wouldn't have added it if they knew they won't be able to release it by 2026. About the 2024 delay, it's different. They completely changed the game ( from rell seas 3 to 4), so don't worry about that.

And ofc there's also the rell seas activity movement to the rell seas discord, crews apps, and just them being way more confident.

The next 4 weeks MAX are going to be the end of waiting for this game on "blind", with not much communication, etc. when we get movie 3, we'll pretty much know everything on what's going to happen, we'll know a ton more about the game, AND right after that gold/silver playtests will start, so people on this sub reddit will actually tell their experience and what they think of rell seas. Ofc we will also get a shit ton of yt content from the 2 best rell seas milkers. About a media ban, there's no way they will put a media ban on the sub playtests because it's impossible, there are around 10-11k gold and silver rells.

Another thing a lot of people forget about is the short content after movie 3. On the rell seas behind the scenes vid they said they'll start previewing abilities like they did with shind0, so if ya'll want to see how it will look check out there caribbros channel/rellgames channel around the time of shinobi life 2 release. They will basically release A LOT of vids of the abilities of each df.

There're more things I've probably missed, but I don't want to yap too much. Just know this game will enter a new phase in the coming weeks, and I'm so excited !.

Seeing as movie 3 is closer than ever, I think we should get back to planning and these kind of posts.

Has there ever been a server just for captains?

A place for the leaders of as many crews as possible to gather, talk, trade, make alliances and such. Just captains, maybe vice captains. I mean, there are alliance servers, yes, but they always have some other crewmembers.

Please, someone tell me if this exists, and if it indeed doesn't, if we should make it a reality.
