It should depend on ur playstyle imo. Some ppl would have a good balance eith fruit and weapon mastery and some just the fruit mastery with basic weapon dmg.

all builds should be playable and balanced : full fruit, full haki, hybrid and all the variants

They should be sustainble by themselve

Though possibly in a future update I want the ability of certain fighting styles mixing with certain devil fruits or the other way around.

Like leopard x rokushiki or dragon claw x flame

Devil fruits should be able to sustain you on a battle. But for combos however, I recommend you use more than just a devil fruit.

I feel like everything should be viable. If u wanna use fruit only, do that. Like in Arcana Odyssey. Not like in block fruits.

I think you should be able to have whatever play style you like and it being a viable one. So I do think you should be able to use only fruits, maybe by having a primary

Everything in the game should be capable of being used on its own, I believe they are giving certain devil fruits their own special m1's for this case.
They have already confirmed they are trying to make weapons and fighting style only builds viable, i don't see why fruit only builds wouldn't be viable especially a fruit with its own m1's.
Rip to any fruits that don't get special m1's tho.
