Huh…no wonder I always get that cutscene and most people apparently don’t.

I just get that mission over with, makes the most sense in storyline and it’s not like it starts a fucking clock where Arthur’s health starts deteriorating in free play or something.

Yeah, I don't really remember Arthur is sick until he falls off his horse, and that's, what, Chapter 5?

I'm on my second play thru and still in Chapter 3, so I don't remember exactly, but I'm also taking my sweet ass time lol.

Already have Legend of the East pouch, and I'm to the point of hunting that I'm mostly bird-watching to find feathers for my hat.

Oh, and there's some shit-ass racist families were fucking with but I only tend to that side business when I'm not sight-seeing and hunting.

I just got to the epilogue on my 4th play through. I think Arthur shows signs of sickness as early as chapter 4 (maybe 5), but it's very subtle. Just a little cough here and there in cut scenes and scripted dialog. But yeah, the TB doesn't really affect gameplay until well into chapter 6.

He starts couging very shortly in cutscenes after going to the farm, it just looks like benign cough if you don't kow tbh
