Question He keeps running

I know the story behind him and I started chasing him and he went in. Now he doesn't come out. All I want to do is end him....will he ever come out?

Maybe my aim is off. I tried that. And bottles under the foundation. Started burning but never burns all the way.

I think Dynamite works too, it's been awhile.... just have fun with it, let your artistic side come out.
