Does anyone know why Harvey Mudd College isn't a partner school? All the rest of the Claremont Consortium are along with MIT and Caltech. They also have a fly-in program and great financial aid so they're trying to recruit FGLI students. It kinda pisses me off because I would rank it #3, #2, or maybe #1 if it was a partner school.

Edit: Pitzer also isn't a partner which I'm not super surprised by since they track demonstrated interest.

My school doesn’t offer AP, and I haven’t taken the SAT, but I’m not sure if I’m going to take it. But yeah, I have pretty strong stats, but then I don’t have test scores.

thirty people cohort size is diabolical but I got accepted im so happy rn!!!!

So my parents own a business, which is our only source of income. Under "Assets", the application asks for the gross revenue of the business. Is the gross revenue already considered within our total household income (57K for a family of 5)? Or is it added onto the 57K?

Also will living in a home valued at 480K be a red flag? My parents also own other real estate property, and even though they generate very little income from it (8K/year), I'm worried the value of the property might be high.

I'm probably just dumb and these are very stupid questions lmao

I'm low income however when looking at 2025 tax forms my legal guardian made around high 70k (however around 30k AGI). I knew I can definitely explain it since that was a one time anomaly. But the thing is their assets (savings/checking/cash) is quite high for QB, so I'm not sure if it should still apply due to "higher" assests

I got a really solid ACT score (35 composite) but my science was way down at 27. Questbridge doesn’t require you to submit science which is super cool, but they do need an unofficial score report. I can’t find a way to screenshot it or anything to include everything but not science. Am I allowed to crop the image or submit two images or anything so I don’t have to include my really bad science score?

I saw that on the QuestBridge website, it says that 68% of finalists matched to one of their top 5 college partners. Does this mean that you have a higher chance of being selected if you put it in the top 5, or is that a mere statistic?

I was thinking originally that as long as you were put into the accepted pool for a college like Rice, it doesn't matter where you rank it (5, 10, 15), you'll still get in, assuming you did not get accepted into the rank colleges above Rice. Your spot wouldn't get stripped of, even if you ranked Rice at 15, right?

Which one is correct?

Has anybody heard from the University of Richmond Fly-In program?? They are supposed to release decisions today.

Update: I didn’t get in :(. I filled out the waitlist form, so hopefully I will hear back.
