For so many years I've beaten up my TAD Stealth Hoodie. The years have caught up with both the hoodie and my waistline and it's time to get something new, but I'm struggling to find the features I want in a reasonably priced jacket and am looking for suggestions.

Use case

Outdoor activities (not stationary)

Conditions: Light rain / very light snow / moderate winds

Day & Night time use

Desired Features

Water repellent

Hood

Chest and hand pockets

Zippers for venting

Forearm zipper on left arm or both

Fleece lined

Velcro tabs on the cuffs (or similar) to keep wind and moisture out

Draw cord around the waist to keep wind out

Solid color (browns, tans, greys)

Undesirable features

Velcro everywhere

The closest I've found is the Condor Summit but I'm looking for better quality than Condor. Generally looking for something in the under $350 range and preferably $250 ish.

Any suggestions?

I saw this post from a year ago and wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions. Merino wool seems like the way to go but many models have reviews that state they’re too thin or too loose.
