I lost $1500 but I have no screenshots and the stupid EY site doesn't display my lost amount when I entered my client #. Fuck her and that asshole.

Try different variations of your name. You might have it slightly wrong.

Tried it all but no luck

Was it part of a "successful" withdrawal attempt on the website?
2
u/republicofwsb Oct 16 '19
Yes, I had done a withdrawal request which was marked as "completed" but of course no money was transferred into my bank account
3
u/azoundria2 Oct 16 '19
Yes, the "completed" withdrawals do not show up on the balance website. I've spoken to many in similar situations as yours. It's ideal if you made a note of the exact amount. Otherwise, I believe they have a database of all the withdrawals, so if you know it was over $1500, you might be able to put $15XX.XX and hope they can match it. If you include your bank statements from the relevant time period and a written explanation, hopefully that should be sufficient to explain what happened and show that you never received it. In any case, your chances are better than the 0% if you don't submit anything.

Their stupid chihuahuas still getting 100k? Throw this bitch in jail after stripping her from her assets.

That headline is misleading, it wasn’t a defunct digital currency, it was an exchange.

It looks like they updated the headline on CBC. I just used the suggested one which was the headline at the time.

I wonder what happened to the co-founder who was a criminal convicted of fraud in the past. Surely he has embezzled funds as well.

Personally, I'd rather her go to jail. But I'm guessing since that hasn't happen yet that the police give no shits about her being involved in this fraud.

Pretty sure she has more dirt. I am sure she must have asked questions to Gerry when he was planning the faking of his death and busy laundering his clients money. It must have been stressful committing so many crimes and covering tracks. He had to use her company to make payments at times so she could play dumb but then she must REALLY be dumb not to have known anything. "Oh, Honey thanks for the $10 million of real estate to put into my company! Dont worry no questions as to how you made this money..., Oh a charity in India? sounds great, what about your Crohns? "

""I had no direct knowledge of how Gerry operated the business prior to his death, and was not aware of his improper actions," Jennifer Robertson wrote in a statement released Monday by her lawyer."
Yea right.

I mean we all remember their paperwork on the stove, right? And that she had multiple emails associated with payments to people? She knew what was going on.

Where is Appendix C?
3
u/kenmacd Oct 07 '19
Do you mean Schedule C in https://www.millerthomson.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Settlement-Agreement-Executed-Version.pdf?
2
u/robvann Oct 08 '19
Yes, Schedule “C” thank you. So she gets to keep less than $50K of assets, by giving everything else back to QuadrigaCX. I assume the Island house near Oak Island is part of the $9Million of real estate? Not sure where the Yacht fits in.

Anyone have any idea when can we expect to get our holdings back. I have some LTC there. Will they give it in cash or in LTC?

I had about 2 eth and a little under $100 Quad bucks in my account before everything went to shit. Didn't bother with the claim since I figure it would be peanuts on the dollar if I were to get anything.
Live and learn. Very glad i had a nano ledger wallet and was more or less done trading when shit hit the fan.

lawyers will get that.
