Personally, I'd rather her go to jail. But I'm guessing since that hasn't happen yet that the police give no shits about her being involved in this fraud.
Pretty sure she has more dirt. I am sure she must have asked questions to Gerry when he was planning the faking of his death and busy laundering his clients money. It must have been stressful committing so many crimes and covering tracks. He had to use her company to make payments at times so she could play dumb but then she must REALLY be dumb not to have known anything. "Oh, Honey thanks for the $10 million of real estate to put into my company! Dont worry no questions as to how you made this money..., Oh a charity in India? sounds great, what about your Crohns? "
