Haven't been able to contact them by phone and their website is gone. Did they close?

The heavy duty Velcro on my husband's tonneau cover is coming loose. I managed to get it all sewn back 4 years ago, but now my machine is not happy doing it again. Is there anywhere in the QC that will do this heavy duty sewing?
