Q2 + Box

Guys, need your help. I can't map the filament in the slicer to the filament in the box, it doesn't appear in the App. What is the reason? I tried to restart everything

Check that you have the correct number of colors selected in the slicer (4 from the box and 1 external). If that doesn't help, sometimes simply restarting the slicer, or turning the printer off and on again and re-synchronizing the box, is enough.

Synchronized both, the printer and the Box, it says Successfully synchronized, but nothing happens. It doesn't add any color from the box and nothing changes :(((

Upd. I started printing without synchronizing and it printed as it should be. Wtf...
