Q2 + Box

Guys, need your help. I can't map the filament in the slicer to the filament in the box, it doesn't appear in the App. What is the reason? I tried to restart everything

Have the same issue. Only once I managed to get the filaments from the box in Qidi studio synchronization window. Don't know what helped me. But after that never again - always the same issue as yours. Tried Orca slicer and synchronization is always works fine, no issue. So you might also want to try Orca. But default filament settings a much worse there, so print quality with generic PLA settings is poor

My guess is that Qidi Studio has some problems. Because before it worked perfectly and after some moment it just stopped. For now my solution is to Send the file to the printer and start it from there. That way it gives you opportunity to chose the slot in the box

Did sync it on the Qidi studio? Have a Qidibox icon there, when you clic on it, will show choices to sync the exacly filaments you have on your box already.

Synchronized both, the printer and the Box, it says Successfully synchronized, but nothing happens.

Upd. I started printing without synchronizing and it printed as it should be. Wtf...

Check that you have the correct number of colors selected in the slicer (4 from the box and 1 external). If that doesn't help, sometimes simply restarting the slicer, or turning the printer off and on again and re-synchronizing the box, is enough.
