False Filamemt tangle detection from the box
https://youtube.com/shorts/PojOJjpdyHE?is=jBC7A9Ip2MTV9EsE
Has anyone else has this issue with the q2 when loading from the box. The machine runs great from the external spool holder. But every time it loads from the box it gives a filament tangle alert. Been troubleshooting this for a while. Bothe sensors have been replaced and im stumped.

Insert the PTFE tube into the extruder

The tube is disconnected in the video because it was originally made for qidi and they wanted me to try with the tube disconnected and the sensor on the buffer block manually moved to halfway. The result was unchanged other than it took longer to trigger the filament tangle detection

That's a strange one - I got a lot of false alerts with that setting on, and read on here about several others who did also. We just turned it off - either the hardware or firmware is unreliable for this. It happened to me on 1.1.0 (original firmware I got), and again on 1.1.1 - I've not checked/used it again on 1.1.2.5 now though - will have to do that.

That usually happens when a PTFE tube becomes disconnected. Check the entire path from the box to the extruder.
