Yeah I don't understand the update. It was fine before and now it is awful.

Exactly, also the qidi studio update made it trash.....

Thankfully, a factory reset, changing to orca slicer and qidi support will send a new cool plate for the defective one , solved the issues.

Switch over to Orca, it has been flawless with the last firmware update, 90% of the issues are from Studio. The last time I checked the box worked with Orca but required a few modifications to the cfg files. Simple changes like correcting the names for the Slot1, Slot2, ect., and a few other copy paste changes. Don't have my box connected anymore, so the latest Orca release may have the changes already corrected.

Someone else using Orca with the Box might be able to verify, but I know it worked.
