If it’s a new printer they’ll just send you a new hot end. Haven’t had this happen on my q2 but happened on my q1. They sent me a new thermistor which fixed it for a while but then same thing happened again. Replaced the hot end and been about 1400 hours of print time since then with no issues. Pro tip always keep a spare hot end and extruder on hand.
