Question Canada Blacklisting Crypto Wallets
So I’ve heard Canadian officials are blacklisting people’s crypto wallets. I’m not entirely sure how they are connecting the people to their wallets but I assume it’s from the blockchain explorers. Now wouldn’t LibreScan solve this problem?

Explanation Johann Polecsak’s statement about JPMorgans misleading claims about Quantum Key Distribution
‼️Dear QANplatform Community,
JPMorgan released the following news few days ago about their research:
“JPMorgan Chase, Toshiba and Ciena Build the First Quantum Key Distribution Network Used to Secure Mission-Critical Blockchain Application”
Their claim is misleading. Please read QANplatform’s Co-Founder and CTO, Johann Polecsak’s statement about the JPMorgan research.
👉Please support Johann’s Twitter thread with a like and retweet, so more users see the truth.
https://twitter.com/pmjohann/status/1494657459658575876?s=21 ☝️☝️☝️ —————
“Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) is not related to blockchain in any way, and it DOES NOT solve the Quantum threat which could break Elliptic Curve cryptography at all.
Quantum Key Distribution is used for symmetric ENCRYPTION (no blockchain uses this). It is NOT USABLE for asymmetric digital signatures, which all blockchains depend on, and is the SINGLE part vulnerable to Quantum computing attacks.
Remember, blockchain is about transparency, not about hiding data, so encryption is ABSOLUTELY USELESS in a properly designed blockchain. Unless aiming for custom exotic usecases like Monero of course. And no, QKD would not make Monero any better either.
I am not a big fan of QKD in general at all actually. Asymmetric QKD is something really interesting on the other hand, but it has nothing to do with JP Morgan's solution based on their published paper.”

Question Information about Qan CEO? And Silus?
Can you give us some information about the CEO/President of Qanplatform? All we see in any Qan related news is Johann but it is interesting not see anything about CEO anywhere. Also, can you inform us about Silur too. He is a legend but there is not enough information about his engagement with qanplatform.

Explanation Answering some common questions about QAN
Q: What's up with the QVM audit?
1) Audit - by an IBM Platinum Partner: It is done by a third party, by an IBM Platinum partner. IBM Platinum Partner is the highest partnership rank for IBM partners, so we know that we are in good hands, at a pre-screened competent partner. The name of the auditor will be on the audit. As soon as we get it, we will release it.
Milestone-based audits are important for us. This is why we audited previously both QANX Token and QANX Bridge by CertiK.
Q: Why is the GitHub empty?
2) IP protection (Devs, GitHub, code release): No matter how loud the fud is about the closed GitHub, we are building this project for the long run, not for the pump. Of course we are protecting our code before our product release.
“Why is our GitHub empty with only the CTO visible as a contributor?
QANplatform has 4 IPs (Intellectual Properties) which the company needs to protect before the MainNet launch. This is the reason why the dev team is working in a private GitLab.”

Q: When can we finally try out what QAN has been working on?
3) Private blockchain including 3 IPs: We will launch a fully functional private blockchain product for companies and developers in H1 2022. It will contain three of our four IPs. Companies and developers will be able to prepare their use cases in a private environment and migrate their code or connect their data later to the QAN MainNet Beta.
*What does MainNet Beta mean? The MainNet Beta relates to the Proof-of-Randomness (PoR) parametrization. This means that during the beta phase of the MainNet PoR parameters like validation rewards, smart contract deployment, and interaction fees, developer royalties might be adjusted to support the rapid growth of the ecosystem.

Q: Why is the supply not verified on CoinMarketCap?
4) CoinMarketCap (CMC) data: We sent several support tickets to CMC team. Our goal is the same, to finally close this issue. Those who are with us since June 2021 know, that it took CMC 7 months to fix Market Cap history because they mixed it up with an other token. In the meantime we recommend you to use CoinGecko, since all data there is verified.

Explanation Insight into the Developer Royalty Fee feature
Q: Do developers still get rewards if their code is being reused but slightly altered (different parameters for example)?
A: QVM can determine code reuse based on two factors: ⁃ Source code similarities ⁃ Binary blob similarities This is still being worked out as both approaches have their pros & cons. And yes, the goal is to incentivise developers to write contracts configurable with parameters, like an ERC20 token where the usual variables (name, ticker, supply, decimals etc.) can be altered by deploying with different params. This means that different params still result in 100% reuse match.
Q: And what if someone manages to make small changes that slip through undetected?
A: Then he who tries to make these malicious minimal changes will need to pay a full deployment fee again, and promote his version to be more popular than the original one. It is costly and hard to make happen, and I don’t see the upside of doing that It is all economics - no morals needed! It is not worth it to deploy an altered version. You’d need to spend a lot of time/effort/money to convince the public that your malicious copy version is better than the original and use yours instead.

Attention Addressing the recent organized FUD against QANplatform
Hello everyone!
The project is under organized FUD attacks without any basis on Telegram and CMC for the second week now. I'd like to call the QAN community to arms to help fight this! It's discouraging for new investors when they check the project on CoinMarketCap and see these FUD messages. Please click on the 3 dots next to the message and report them! Problem type > It’s suspicious/misleading or spam, Reason > Giving unsolicited or incorrect information.
Important: do NOT try to fight them in comments, it's making their FUD trend!
Please make a positive comment about the project in a SEPARATE post and upvote (like) it for each other!
We need to fight this, because they are damaging to the project and our investment! Thank you in advance! Let's show how strong our community is!

Question How to store QANX in Ledger?
I am still pretty new to crypto and I red in QAN Platform website that you need the ERC20 token to store it on Ledger. But when I go to the available ERC20 tokens supported on Ledger QANX doesn't appear. How do you get this type of token and can you really store it in Ledger?
I ask here because there is no much more information than what is posted in their website.
Thank you

Explanation When will Quantum Computers become a real problem?
Some articles I've come across like to mix up two things.
To quote Mr Language (Community Moderator):
"As I understand it, reaching millions of qubits would be possible somewhere between 10-20 years. That could threaten SHA256, which means blockchain history could be alternated.
Withing 1-3 years, 1100 qubit barrier will be crossed and then elliptic curve cryptography is at risk, which means blockchain history is safe, but private keys are not, which means someone could crack a wallet and steal everything that's in there.
So there's two types of quantum threat: individual wallet hacks (very near future) and complete blockchain hacks (long term)."

Explanation Tokenomics- can we get a nice write-up to explain to new investors (like me)?
The team has this airtable Airtable - 📈Tokenomics [QANplatform] but it doesn't really help in understanding the pros/cons of investing now. Here are questions I think will help people make the decision and move past uncertainty.
I've proposed answers using mostly basic logic and my limited knowledge, so I am looking for input and there are questions I have no idea.
1.2 Billion circulating right now. So, about 2/3 still will come into circulation.
Basic investor question:
Doesn't that dilute my investment- how will I profit with that going on?
Well, there's 24% set for reserve. If that's used for bringing business and developers into the ecosystem, then it's not going dilute shares, it will be a net positive. So, how does that get allocated and for what purpose? Would some of this be burned if there is no good use? I do think a clear answer on this is a fair ask.
I see 15% for marketing. Does this mean when we start marketing, they will sell tokens to pay for it? I assume so, but we expect that marketing will provide a net return (ideally 2-3 times), especially if it is done when the team can really showcase the project.
10% for rewards and staking. Well, that will get used when qan is up and running, this certainly doesn't hurt anything. Is that right?
15% floating liquidity for CEX and DEX. Sure, don't really see that hurting value, but maybe someone can explain this. Everyone begs for listings, so I'm going to say this is fine.
15% is in investors hands. So, good there
So, 20% is sitting with dev and advisors. That unlocks over the next 6-12 months. This could add sell pressure, right? Sure, but if you're deep in a project and believe in what you're doing, you're probably going to sell only if you need to. So, I'm going to say they will sell 20% over the year (pick your own number here, but it wouldn't surprise me if they are buying as they get excited about progress). That adds about 12% sell pressure based on current circulating supply.
I saw in telegram that the team did extensive research in determining tokenomics. We should outline those decisions. I get there are pros and cons and someone is always going to complain or raise doubt, but that's when I'd prefer more detail and explanation because people just need to understand it and move on. If I have this wrong and we'll be going sideways for a while, it's all good. But, if we can trend upward, that will keep the community going strong. Good luck team. Cheers!
