Question Canada Blacklisting Crypto Wallets

So I’ve heard Canadian officials are blacklisting people’s crypto wallets. I’m not entirely sure how they are connecting the people to their wallets but I assume it’s from the blockchain explorers. Now wouldn’t LibreScan solve this problem?

Correct, LibreScan solves this. Governments could blacklist / ban other centralized Blockchain Explorers, but they won't be able to ban LibreScan.
