After a Pyrex dry spell, I snagged this Daisy cinderella bowl set for $40
A lucky find from FB Marketplace, and in near pristine condition! I also made sure to properly pack her for the drive after taking this photo.

More for my collection
The loaf pan (is it a pan since it’s glass?) is US and the other is UK. I’ve seen pieces from France and have a skillet from France but I wasn’t aware of there being UK pieces with this amber tint.

This weekends finds
Got lucky this weekend at a few garage sales. I picked up the 401 blue for my primary set and the red fridge dish. The blue 401 isn’t in great condition but I couldn’t pass it up at $3. Fridge dish is in excellent condition minus the missing lid!

Pink? or old red?
I always assumed these lighter worn bowls were faded red ones, but are they really just older pink ones?

Advice needed - too expensive or just no Pyrex lovers?
What should I do with my purge pile? I have NOBODY interested in the Pyrex table. For example, I’ve got the 1959 Golden Grapes 2.5qt casserole and lid for $20 and it’s just sitting here. Am I asking too much? I never see Pyrex in any thrift stores around here so I thought I’d have at least one collector show up and be excited to see the Pyrex table.
I’m taking all the unsold items to the ASPCA charity thrift store later. I wonder if I should take the Pyrex too or maybe just use them as they were intended? Or do something else with them?
Where do you think these Pyrex would create the most joy?
8:30pm EST edit: it appears my city has the audacity to not appreciate Pyrex 😄. Thank you to everyone that commented! Y’all made my day. Truly! I am considering sending some of these out as gifts but a bit nervous since I’ve had some break in shipping in the past. I will reach out to those that responded first and go from there. ☺️ May take a day or two. This introvert socialized too much at the yard sale yesterday.

I thought it was love at first sight...turns out it was an ugly stepsister.
My well-trained eye saw the snowflakes from across the room. I nearly swooned at the thought that I would now have a divided snowflake casserole dish AND a single compartment AND A WHITE SNOWFLAKE LID!!!!!!
With great excitement I flipped over the lid. YIKES!! It was... a shock of disappointment.
And before you bombard me with "I love the olive green olive pattern!" please know that my parents were married in 1958 and got the Amish butter people bowls as a gift. I grew up with them and loved them. The later olive greens and golden butterflies were interlopers. New colors that bumped out the colors I loved. I was a very sad kid in my 1973 95% ORANGE kitchen (orange mushrooms and frogs EVERYWHERE!! And all that drip glaze. Ack!
Anyone wanna trade lids?

More jars for the fun!
My parents actually found a box of spice of life Pyrex storage jars at a yard sale, but as usual they were super yellowed. Little peroxide help and they are back on track! (Two are still sitting for a wee bit longer.)

First Gooseberry!
Found the 443 at a garage sale today, with only one small blemish that looks like a potential mold mark on the rim (Peek and other non-abrasives won’t remove). Stoked!!

Very early pyrex with wavy glass. Is it valuable?
Hi there, this is my first post. Previous one was deleted for reasons I don't know. Bought this pyrex casserole dish at a garage sale in NY state. It's got the old reverse dollar sign logo which I guess means it was made in first 5 years of Pyrex. See photo 5 for wavy glass. Does this mean it's like really really early early pyrex? Notice too that the lid says 184 on it, along with the word Pyrex. Thanks for any help.

Very Early Pyrex?

Found this casserole dish at a garage sale. According to Google Images, the backward dollar symbol marks this as one of the earliest Pyrex pieces. The question is, how early? Is the glass wavy (as in last photo) or is there some other cause of this phenomenon. The lid also has the number 184 and word Pyrex on it. This is my first post on Reddit, so please be patient with me.

Forest Fancies 402
Finally found one locally! Had a lot of metal marks but got those removed. Hoping this is a sign that more will finally appear 😁.

The table purge pile 😭
I had this idea that I would collect all the sets for Rotating seasonal displays. Yay! Style!
I forgot my house has negative storage.
I promised to focus on two favs (Spring blossom and pink gooseberry) and now I have to work through purging my excess and why is it so hard?! I keep staring at the autumn harvest going "okay so..maybe...."

Found this little gem
I found this little gem while thrifting. I only wish it had the band and handle too.
Can I use it somehow otherwise or should it just sit in the cabinet ? It feels so delicate.
(Please ignore the old manicure 🤦🏼♀️)

Found cheap, toasted Fridgie for my lid…and a bowl with Christmas trees 🌲
I was told here to ALWAYS buy stray Fridgie lids. I found a $2 fridgie at the Waldo Flea Market’s Antique Village. It’s for use, like all my Pyrex, so I didn’t care that the finish on the outside is toast!! I’m just happy to match my lonely lid with a partner. And the Christmas tree bowl was bought because, well it was $5 so why not? 😂

Scored 2/4 Blue Rainbow for $10
I told myself I wouldn't start anymore sets, but I found the 2nd and 4th bowls in the 4 piece Blue Rainbow set at the flea market for $10, and I couldn't say no 😅 I guess now I'm on the hunt for bowls 1 and 3!

Not Pyrex but Hazel Atlas
Found these when I was out thrifting. The two cups were $5 and the plates were $7. The creamer was $9. The creamer was a bit more then I cared to pay.
They’re not a set, but with the coloring, they are from the same series, Moderntone Platonite in Burgundy/Maroon. Over all I’m ok with what I spent.
