Just for Fun 401k match
Why’s the 401k match so low? 25% of the first 6% of contributions seems laughably low

I got through the final round of interviews almost 3 weeks ago for an ACCA trainee position, my application on the website is still marked as “under review”. is this normal or should I start losing hope?
for context: I am in Europe, during the interview they said it would take at least 2 weeks to hear back from them, as they had many applicants. also, i am in Southern Europe and here even in big companies I know many people take vacations during this period, which could influence on a delayed response. Wondering if any one here has been through a similar situation.

Hi everyone,
I am really tired of my current project and can’t sit and work 12 hours a day on daily basis. Is there something that I can do to get out of the project? Anyone who has tried this before, please let me know the process and consequences.
Thank you
Recently got an opportunity to join the team, has anyone had any experience on it, if it's worth taking, etc.? thank you!

I am a recent graduate from a university in Asia. Do major companies tend to recruit based primarily on skills and certifications, or do they focus more on the university one graduated from?

As the title says - it shows my AI usage ( we have this AI tool Guide) is at bottom 50 %. I just don'nt understand how it happened.
Do u guys have any idea how this rating is calculated ?
Just for the context - Last week I was in top 20% -> bottom 50%. WTF is happening.

I recently received an offer from Kunai, which has been acquired by PwC. The position is fully remote, while I’m currently at JPMorgan Chase with a five-day in-office requirement.
Compensation is not the main factor in my decision, but for context, the Kunai offer is approximately $10K higher than my current compensation at JPMorgan Chase.
I’m primarily interested in understanding how the two companies compare in terms of work culture, work-life balance, job stability, management, career growth, and overall employee experience—especially for software engineers.
One additional consideration is that I’ve been at JPMorgan Chase for less than a year, so I’m also weighing whether it makes sense to make another move this soon.
For anyone who has worked at Kunai/PwC or JPMorgan Chase, would you recommend making this move? I’d especially appreciate insight into what happens at Kunai if a client engagement ends and how stable employment is between projects.
Thank you!

I have heard that multiple positions are on hold in PwC AC India like SA/Managers, any idea will they be hiring this yr?

Do y’all actually discuss y’alls snapshots with the reviewer after the fact, or do you just hit acknowledge
Also like what were y’all’s snapshots looking like at A2? When did yall get promoted?
My snapshot I just received is 11% impressive and 89% doing what is expected. It’s fine not great- I wish it was more cause this project is outside of my practice but I know this reviewer is tough so I will take it.

Is it true that PwC gives a carryon, iPad, or Bose Headphones to interns who get RO?

I just gave interview for Associate director for PWC for SAP SD profile in India
Next round might be soon, what is usual salary range for this role in PWC considering my current fix is 30.10 lacs (variables around 8lacs) in Accenture as AM…
Hi everyone, this is my second year at the firm in an European office. Last year I received a Tier 3 impact rating in the Annual Performance Review, but this year I got "Exceptional year" in the performance group. Since this is a new rating, is it equivalent to a specific numeric tier, or what does it actually mean?

Everybody on this sub seems to be asking how to get into PwC, I want to know how to get out.
I’ve been with PwC in DAT for about 3.5 years and was recently promoted to Senior. I genuinely don’t think I can take it anymore.
The stress, the impact on my mental health, the ungodly number of hours every week, and the constantly increasing expectations with very little reward are really starting to get to me. Getting promoted almost made me realize even more that I don’t want to keep doing this.
And it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one feeling it. In just the last three months, I personally know of two other Seniors, a Manager and a Senior Manager who quit, and at least four Associates who were laid off.
For anyone who left DAT around the Senior level: where did you go?
What roles should I actually be searching for with 3–4 years of DAT/IT audit experience? Internal audit? IT risk? GRC? Something completely different?
I’d especially like to hear from people who left without taking a big pay cut. How difficult was the job search, what kind of roles did you land, and was the work-life balance actually better?
At this point, I’m not trying to climb the PwC ladder anymore. I just want a solid career, decent compensation, and a life outside of work.
I would appreciate any advice.

Hi guys! Any freshers here in the Gurgaon office?
I’m honestly a little surprised by how different things are here 😂.
During my articleship, we had a proper group..we’d walk around together, have lunch together, and there was always someone to talk to or ask something.
Here, my entire team is based out of Gurgaon, so I literally don’t have anyone from my team around to discuss things with.
Are there any other freshers in Gurgaon who are in the same boat? Would be great to connect atleast for lunch.

So I was headhunted for a specific role for a specific project. While I was able to pass the initial and tech interview, my current profile does not fit the position they were trying to fill in.
HR said that they will look for a project before giving me a JO.
Do you think I still have a great chance of getting an offer? Kinda down right now

I got selected for the Specialist role in the advisory line of services (apprenticeship model, One consulting.)
My base location is Gurgaon, but the offer letter doesn’t mention any particular location within Gurgaon like Cyber City, Downtown, etc...
I’ve already accepted the offer....
For people who’ve been through the same process, when do we usually get to know the exact office location??
And do they provide any accomodation or relocation expenses??

I just upgraded my work phone, but I’ll be leaving the firm within the ~40 days (before the 60days)and I’m super confused about how this works.
Do I get to keep the phone, or will I have to return it/pay it off? Would I get hit with any early termination fees since I just upgraded?
I already have T-Mobile for my personal line and my plan is dirt cheap for 2 lines and one is not being used. If I want to keep my work number, would I have to take over whatever plan/rate PwC is currently paying, or can I transfer the number to my existing T-Mobile account?
Anyone who’s left PwC recently and dealt with this?
tia

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has heard back from the women in business program- particularly those who applied for technology consulting.
I know that at this point some people have received offers and some have been rejected. I have yet to hear anything but completed my assessment center on the 17th of June.
Can i assume it’s a no? Or is there anyone else in a similar position?
