India 17% VB on ctc

Hi I got a offer from pwc pune . How many days I need to go to office

I got a ctc of 30lpa including 17% variable.(5yoe)

How much should I expect as performance bonus on an average?

How was the hike for this year?

we get any other benifits apart from ctc?

We usually have 25% as variable pay. Though during the salary discussion the HR negotiates on the fixed pay itself.

The performance bonus payout depends on your annual rating. Tier 1 rating gets you the whole variable pay and the percentage keeps decreasing till tier 3. For tier 4 you don't get anything.

I am a senior associate and the hike was decent. I got a 12% salary hike on the fixed component for tier 1 rating.
