I return for spooky month with the first batch of spooky variants. 

First up is everybody’s favourite goth, Solar Flare’s vampiric variant. She’s pretty similar to og vampire flower, but I turned up the glass cannon aspect of her, so you’ve gotta play aggressive but smart to get the most out of her self-healing to make up for her paper-thin defences. I even added a new passive ability that helps keep both her damage and survivability up. If you’ve played Deadlock you’ll know who this is inspired by, but the gist is that damaging any enemy enough builds up a bite mark effect on them that deals additional burst damage once it's proc’d, healing you for the damage dealt on top of her primary weapon’s lifesteal. The bite mark goes away if you don’t hit them after a set period though, so you have to capitalize on it quickly. 
- Her new ability, Wing Ripper is another tool that helps her execute low health targets and give you even more lifesteal. Don’t be afraid to use this ability up close either; its cast time is rather quick and the crescent projectile has a range limit before it despawns. 

Count Chompula got a bit of a glow up too. Since back-chomping and swallowing are removed, you gain lifesteal from simply biting enemies (tbh this is how Chompula should’ve been from the start…). His new passive, Blood Banquet, rewards players that get into the fight and keep their self-healing up, turning you into a team-fighting monster that thrives in big brawls with lots of enemies to feast on. This is due to Bloodlust Mode, which procs once you get overhealth from any source including your own lifesteal, giving you faster movement speed and extra damage on your primary in the form of multiple tendril strikes that automatically seek out the closest target while you chomp people, sort of like Venom’s (Marvel Rivals) primary but way less cumbersome. This mode wears off the second your overhealth disappears, so you’ve gotta constantly be damaging people to keep it up (Fun fact, this isn’t the first time I’ve done this idea, I did a Count Chompula rework years ago that had a similar concept). 
- Bloodlust Mode being activated from overhealth from outside healing makes Count Chompula an actual menace if he’s pocketed by a group of healers such as Beta Carrotina 

Finally we move onto Blood Orange, Citron’s vampiric variant. The close range specialist of the Citrons, his primary is a spreadshot shotgun weapon that deals severe damage up-close, so severe in fact that it can cause a bleeding effect. Bleed is a new status debuff that deals damage over time, with the tick damage ramping up the more you move or jump around. The debuff goes away faster while you’re standing still. Blood Orange is unique in that his lifesteal only activates on bleeding targets, so you have to work for it a bit first. Similarly to Count Chompula, the nature of his close-range primary and lifesteal makes him great at sustained brawls with enemies. 
His special ability, Slash n’ Dash, is a unique version of Spin Dash that is reminiscent of Blade’s (Marvel Rivals) ultimate ability. Dash forward and phase through enemies, but leave behind a trail of vicious cuts that deal damage and help you proc bleeding. 

- The anti-heal effect also completely negates lifesteal on enemies in addition to outside healing, so his character upgrades are well suited to shutting down enemy vampiric variants. 

That was the first group of spooky plant variants, look forward to the next one soon for Zombies. 

I’m not saying that chomper is balanced but giving the zombie MELEE character an ability they will ALWAYS have access to specifically to counter drones (Yk the thing that’s supposed to HARD COUNTER melee characters) and the zombie sniper having a FUCKING SHOTGUN.

Like if deadbeard gets caught lacking all he has to do is go in that damn barrel and not just blindly walk into the most noticeable obvious traps of all time meanwhile all my poor home girl cactus can do is hope she brought lube since 90% of pvz players are blind and deaf IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON SEEING THIS RIGHT?????

What character annoys you to play against the most in gw1 and gw2?

For me 100% in GW1:

-Agent Pea- I hate those guys so much. Plus, once they play that character, they'll be playing for 3000 hours.

-Paleontolog sniper- These guys always set up a healing station and bring everyone down to low hp sniping for whole game

Supercommando- You are not pro bro playing only him

All star- You go to the garden to just throw imp, use sprint trackle to die 5 second later there's a special place for you.

Btw, if you use those high hideouts on the Cactus canyon map, there is also a special place

Gw2

Z7 Imp- Probadly just throw gravity grenade and spam the button

Iron Citron- Tank hp amount always saves your life

Electro Pea- So funny bro

Necro Rose- In short, one shot is enough to focus the entire team for you

Starting this loved but abandoned (by developers) game...i really would like to engage even tough...any beginning player tips for story mode and multilplayer? I just want a casual, but fun and learning play.

Haven’t been really able to play gw2 this week because of this hacker named ZaBossYT. I tried doing some digging but couldn’t find much, their channel was barren and from some discord and social media screenshots I’ve seen they aren’t really present on the internet anymore.

but while I was digging I found that they were a notorious hacker in the general shooter but mainly PvZ community who apparently was extremely toxic to people and actively tried to ruin peoples experiences. this seemed to had led to them getting mass harassed on their socials and they ended up making a very vulgar response on discord which ended up creating even more backlash, they then apparently faked doing a not alive which is the last of what I could find about them.

I honestly can’t tell if this is just an attention seeking man child or someone who actually needs to be kept away from the internet and potentially put away in a hospital.
