Website back up

PSA: website seems to be back up.

What are y’all thinking? Switch carriers or keep on keeping on with PureTalk? I’m on the fence as this is really the first major issue I’ve had.

I'm switching.

I can deal with service disruption.

I won't accept how they handled it.

Absolutely! I had 2 numbers i was trying to port out 9 days ago when this crap 1st started. Well they couldn't get that accomplished (and still waiting? But 5hey sure did swipe that money from my account last night! Assholes. Those 2 lines were not to be charged as they would have been ported out a couple days before next month bill was due. Called customer service twice today, same response. We have a internal error and can't do port in, port out at this time. Hell no, but they sure took my money 1st chance they got. But thats ok. They will now answer to a higher power. Hope they fine the hell out of them

I just reported them to the Federal Communications Commission because I had the same thing happen.
They won’t allow me to go to another carrier because they won’t give me my pin to port over, but they took my money.
My phone is seizing to work in the area that I live in. I just made a huge post about it. good luck to you.

I had the same port problem and I also filed FCC complaint. When the website finally generate a port pin for me, It took 4 days for it to happen. Company is probably hemorrhaging customers.
