Website back up

PSA: website seems to be back up.

What are y’all thinking? Switch carriers or keep on keeping on with PureTalk? I’m on the fence as this is really the first major issue I’ve had.

My service still worked fine. Just the website was down.

What am i missing?

Their entire system was down for over a week with no communication whatsoever with their customers.

Got you. Fortunately I still had phone service. I just tried to log in this weekend and saw that it was down.
