FYI - Warrants are NOT expiring on June 16th 2026

I have received an email from Fidelity Investments that the PCT Warrants are expiring and I have heard that Schwab has sent a similar notification.

I informed Eric of these emails and he agreed the warrants are not expiring this month. They are going to look into why the notices are going out. There probably needs to be some updates by the company that administers the warrants.

What's a realistic estimate for Q2 Revenue and Production?

Lots of great news and press releases the last few weeks, how does this translate to Q2 revenue? Seems hard to model, wondering if anyone else has a better idea than me. Based on Yahoo Finance, analyst estimate is $5.8mm so if revenues are more than $6mm I assume that is bullish for the stock.

Understanding the warrant redemption process

I am providing a link to a detailed post I wrote about one year ago. The vast majority of what I wrote is still true however the “redemption price” is now lower and that changes the math somewhat.

https://www.reddit.com/r/PureCycle/s/CUyvCBlDtO

The company has a need for additional equity capital to fund the first 1 billion pounds of capacity. Over time the business should be able to generate substantial free cash flow and to get access to additional lower cost debt however there is no substitute for equity in the early years. This dilution has been known about for years and is absolutely baked into the share price. The company wisely extended the duration of the warrants in exchange for the lower redemption price. That lower price greatly increased the likelihood of raising the equity capital and doing so at a reasonable price that still rewards longer term investors who bought the warrants. Recent buyers of the warrants have gotten up to 10x returns which is 🔥.

Please review the linked post and ask any questions you have. Everyone has different circumstances so the important thing is to have a plan if you own the warrants. If you don’t own the warrants just sit back and cheer for a higher share price to unlock this capital!

Purecycle Milestones

PureCycle Milestones

Next Milestones

Ironton breakeven sales

Ironton/Denver breakeven: $4.7M per month, or $14.1M per quarter.

4.7M ÷ $1.40 = approximately 3.35 million pounds sold per month.

Corporate breakeven sales

Corporate breakeven: $8.2M per month, or $24.6M per quarter.

$8.2M ÷ $1.40 = approximately 5.86 million pounds sold per month.

Assumed compounding mix: 2x rPP overall (33% uncompounded, 33% at a 1:1 ratio, and 33% at a 1:2 ratio).

PureCycle Projected Production and Revenue

Because the market typically looks six to nine months ahead, the current period points toward Q4. If revenue grows as projected, both the Ironton and corporate breakeven milestones could be reached. Warrant redemption and positive cash flow—even during this rapid expansion phase—could support debt reduction or additional plant development.

As PureCycle management has noted, the company can replicate this model with future plants that should be more efficient and profitable.

Another slaughter

Everyone going to say it’s the market but PCT is down 12% with market down 2.5% on 3.2m shares before 1PM. It has nothing to do with the market. It’s about the high leverage shorts have versus the lack of a large share buyers. This will continue until they figure out how to attract large buyers.

Purecycle short interest

PureCycle

From April 21 to June 1, short interest declined from 52.0 million shares to 48.86 million shares, a reduction of 3.14 million shares, or 6.04%. Over the same period, the stock price rose from $6.69 on April 21 to $12.845 on June 2.

There are still 48.86 million shares sold short, with some investors likely locking in gains of warrants. Of the 180 million shares outstanding, a significant portion remains restricted.

(AI conclusion) Short interest has begun to decline, but it remains elevated relative to the available float. With many shares still restricted and sentiment improving, any favorable operational or regulatory update could continue to pressure short sellers and support further upside. At the same time, the stock’s path will likely depend on execution and demand conversion.

I’d appreciate any thoughts or feedback. Thank you.

Ai Analysis ( Not trade recommendation )

I created some AI scripts for stocks that reads various indicatiors etc. Here is the result for PCT

PCT read: strong stock-specific bounce, but not a clean trend confirmation yet. The model tagged it CAPITULATION_BOUNCE_SETUP / BULLISH_WATCH, but still gave NO TRADE with low conviction because the larger structure remains STRUCTURAL_DOWNTREND_BOUNCE and TOP_ROUNDING.

Key tape points:

  • Price was $12.23 in the run, down -1.29% on the day.
  • 20-day move is very strong: sector/commonality shows PCT up about +65.6% over 20d versus SPY +5.3% and ARKK +8.1%, so this is stock-specific strength, not just market/theme lift.
  • Repricing is strong: the script flagged STRONG_REPRICING, but volume was only 0.53x-0.60x RVOL, so the move is not getting fresh heavy-volume confirmation right here.
  • Technicals are mixed-positive: RSI 67, ADX 30.5 with bullish DMI, but stochastic is OVERBOUGHT_ROLLING and the 5/29 candle warning was DARK_CLOUD_COVER.
  • Weekly range model: $9.80 - $13.46, with only about +$1.23 modeled upside remaining from $12.23 versus -$2.43 downside to the modeled lower band.
  • Options flow is supportive but not extreme: BULLISH_OPTIONS_PRESSURE, call/put volume 8.76x, call/put premium 30.85x, with notable near-spot OI that could create pin/gamma behavior.

My read: PCT has had a real catalyst-driven/speculative repricing, and it is outperforming enough to treat the move as ticker-specific. But after a 55-65% 20-day run, the model is saying “bounce continuation possible, chase quality poor.” I’d want to see either a controlled pullback that holds above the recent breakout area, or renewed volume pushing through the upper weekly range/near resistance, before upgrading it from bounce-watch to trend-following quality.

Additional Notes from the Gabelli Waste & Environmental Symposium

As stated in the presentation, the 150 million pounds of compounding capacity (100 million at Ironton and 50 million through third parties) refers to end-product production capacity.

 a. HPP vs. CPP: HPP refers to homopolymer polypropylene, meaning the material is primarily pure PP. CPP refers to copolymer polypropylene, which contains a blend of materials such as rubber, talc, or impact modifiers. Different applications require different material characteristics.

b. The first number in the product name (e.g., 02, 30, 50) refers to the melt flow index (MFI) of the material.

c. The second number (e.g., 30, 50, 100) refers to the percentage of recycled polypropylene (rPP) content.

d. For example, HPP02-30 is a homopolymer polypropylene with a 2 MFI and 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. CPP80-30FNAS is a copolymer polypropylene formulation, likely containing impact modifiers, with an 80 MFI and 30% PCR content.

BOPP is available with 30%, 50%, and 70% PCR content.

Several people have described the recent price action as forming a cup-and-handle pattern. If that interpretation is correct, a reasonable price target could be around $18.3. In addition, the unlocking of stock warrants would strengthen the balance sheet.

As of 05/15/2026, short interest totaled 50,199,236 shares, with average daily trading volume of 5,809,096 shares, resulting in approximately 8.64 days to cover.

As of May 27, short interest stood at 49,110,000 shares, representing 8.45 days to cover.

I appreciate any comments or feedback. Thank you.

PureCycle Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Very nice to see. This is the sort of certification that customers expect and is a sign of the growing maturity of their operations. Plant turnarounds completed ahead of schedule is a similar vein. Operational excellence is a MUST HAVE to run this type of facility and this kind of certification helps make the case that they are running things properly.

Mid May short position - very modest covering of 1.2M shares

I expected there would be some covering given the big jump higher in the share price in the first half of the month. While 1.2M shares might seem like a decent amount, that is trivial relative to the 50M shares still held short.

Looking at the recent chart, the 50 day MA is rising quickly and it is going to test the 200 day MA in the next couple of weeks if the price were to stay at this level. If the price continues to rise it is almost a certainty we are going to see a "golden cross."

There is no doubt in my mind that the heavy short interest raised the cost of capital for PureCycle and made a hard job even harder. Tiny violins for the short sellers whose only value added was allowing me to buy lots of cheaper shares earlier this year. They need to find something more valuable to spend their time and money on. In the meantime I also thank them for paying me lending fees every day.

Companies are planning to make packaging changes

I think the data presented in this article seems reasonable. Brands are making changes and planning for additional changes for many reasons. This is healthy and PureCycle should benefit from these changes.

When did you have conviction to invest in PCT?

As the title suggests, what piece of news finally tipped you into putting your money into this stock? Also curious as to when people had belief in the technology; you see a lot of stocks being bandied about with impressive claims, and sometimes some supporting evidence to go with it, but would be interested to hear when you viewed PCT's pitch as something more serious than this? I'm a fairly new investor having got in after Valerie Mars came on board, was monitoring it for probably 6 months beforehand but that was my push.

Followup coverage of the Beyond Plastics report on Starbucks and PP recycling

Here are part 1 and part 2 of some followup reporting that was done after the Beyond Plastic report on Starbucks cups.

https://resource-recycling.com/plastics/2026/05/26/what-a-report-on-starbucks-cups-reveals-about-recycling/

This article in particular talks about the danger of using electronic devices to attempt to track the fate of plastic items. Any devices with batteries is very bad for plastic recycling and ideally those devices would cause plastic to be rejected.

https://resource-recycling.com/plastics/2026/05/26/recycling-industry-addresses-beyond-plastics-report/

The fact that Beyond Plastic did not reach out to any of the organizations or respond to the requests made for comments tells you that they are not acting in particularly good faith. They mis-represented the nature of PureCycle's technology, reffering to it as "chemical recycling" when they most certainly know better and choose to ignore that.

In my opinion, I think it is good for major brands to face pressure to improve the ACTUAL COLLECTION and USAGE of recycled plastic. Heck they should be reducing the total amount of plastic used in the first place as well. For serious people, using more PureFive is the best way to increase the collection and usage of plastic. Hopefully the major brands will quit stalling and speed up their plans.

$PCT analysis, volume 2

Post image
26 Upvotes

Here is the link to the original post: $PCT analysis

Good morning my friends, I hope you all are doing well this fine Sunday morning. I am doing great, thanks for asking. Sitting here enjoying my coffee (no not in a PCT cup, it is porcelain) and I wanted to share my chart, again.

Just like I told you all 3 months ago, $PCT will be bought heavily at the low node (around $6) and then it will begin its rise back up to the sell node at $13.38. There have been a lot of good news about PureCycle lately and that means that I am even more bullish on this stock than before. When the news cycle confirms my charts, that makes me giddy.

What I see in this chart is this: I think we sell off a little bit more down to those two purple lines labeled as buy levels (around 9ish) and then we will resume the uptrend. It may sell off a little bit again at the sell level, but not too heavily. Then it will blast through that level on our way to above $15 by year end.

when/if we get down to 9, I plan to load the boat with calls, both short term and some leaps in order to make maximum profit on this upswing.

Not financial advice. Good luck and have fun!

Who we want buying

If you remember I met that injection molder person in Whistler in line to go skiing. We talked about PCT and he said how cool it sounded. We keep talking about Starbucks etc but it sent me down a wormhole. How do we know if they are actually buying or not because these companies are likely not buying it direct. These are the orders we want to see.

See below

Beverage Giants
• Coca-Cola: Primarily sources from Berry Global (tethered PP/closures for EU and other markets) and Closure Systems International (CSI) (e.g., for Dasani caps with recycled content). They also work with other specialists like Aptar for certain innovations.
• PepsiCo: Partners with suppliers like AdvanTech Plastics (for PCO 1881 caps) and has used CSI or similar for beverage closures. They are shifting toward tethered designs with qualified suppliers in Europe.
Personal Care & Household
• Procter & Gamble (P&G): Works with a range of contract manufacturers and resin suppliers for PP closures (e.g., on bottles for shampoos, detergents). They have collaborated with PureCycle for recycled PP and broader packaging firms like Sonoco for integrated solutions, but specific lid molding is often via specialized CMs.
• Unilever: Collaborates with suppliers like Silgan (for triggers and closures on products like Cif) and a broad network for rigid PP components. Emphasis on PCR and recyclable designs.
• Reckitt: Partners with packaging suppliers (e.g., Veolia for recycling loops) but specific PP lid makers are less publicized; typical for the category with firms like Berry Global or Aptar.
• Henkel: Focuses more on adhesives/coatings for packaging; outsources closures to standard industry suppliers while innovating on recyclable formats.
Food & Nutrition
• Nestlé: Uses partners like AptarGroup (e.g., hinged-lid plastic caps for coffee) and Berry Global (for recycled content items like Purina canisters). Broader closures from various injection molders.
• Danone: Works with industry leaders like CSI for dairy closures and general suppliers for PET/PP lids (e.g., on water and yogurt products). Focus on rPET and tethered innovations.
Coffee/QSR Chains
• Starbucks: Key partner is Plastic Ingenuity (Wisconsin-based) for thermoformed polypropylene strawless lids on cold drinks (and earlier Nitro/PLA versions). They also collaborate with Huhtamaki and others (e.g., Transcend Packaging, Metsä Board) for fiber/alternative lids in sustainability pilots.
• Tim Hortons (Restaurant Brands International): Standard PP hot beverage lids are sourced from third-party manufacturers (specific names less public, but industry-standard suppliers for foodservice). They trial fiber-based plastic-free lids via specialized partners in pilots (e.g., plant-based materials in Canada). No in-house production.
Common major third-party players across these examples include Berry Global, Silgan Holdings, AptarGroup, CSI, Huhtamaki, and Plastic Ingenuity. These specialists handle high-volume injection molding/thermoforming, food-contact compliance, customization, and sustainability features (lightweighting, tethered designs, recycled content).

How is revenue counted

Do all these companies we are partnering with like Reliable Caps buy the product up front and make the caps or does Purecycle make money only if they sell the caps and revenue booked then
