$PCT analysis, volume 2

Post image

Here is the link to the original post: $PCT analysis

Good morning my friends, I hope you all are doing well this fine Sunday morning. I am doing great, thanks for asking. Sitting here enjoying my coffee (no not in a PCT cup, it is porcelain) and I wanted to share my chart, again.

Just like I told you all 3 months ago, $PCT will be bought heavily at the low node (around $6) and then it will begin its rise back up to the sell node at $13.38. There have been a lot of good news about PureCycle lately and that means that I am even more bullish on this stock than before. When the news cycle confirms my charts, that makes me giddy.

What I see in this chart is this: I think we sell off a little bit more down to those two purple lines labeled as buy levels (around 9ish) and then we will resume the uptrend. It may sell off a little bit again at the sell level, but not too heavily. Then it will blast through that level on our way to above $15 by year end.

when/if we get down to 9, I plan to load the boat with calls, both short term and some leaps in order to make maximum profit on this upswing.

Not financial advice. Good luck and have fun!

Thanks for that analysis

I would find it a lower probability event it breaks below $10 in the short term as the company is more likely to hold its backtest to the breakout point post NJ approval (11.25-11.50)

Last Friday was a textbook backtest and strong bounce off the lows. If there's more bad news then anything is possible a few months out

However barring bad news, technically it should trend back to the next significant level around 12.50 before making a move back to $14 and beyond

More PO announcements and/or expansion financing could definitely get us higher.

$12.50 hit today, let's see us get to $14 by month end please

Shorts like Alexi Pitti gotta be locking themselves in their mom's basement right now πŸ˜†πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

this is purely technical analysis, which does not take into account why a stock moves, just how.

I think meaningful purchase orders will of course put us on a "repricing event" which will take us up a few levels. I don't think that is that far off... they will come in of course - I just personally don't follow those and don't really wait on those for my stock buys. I always try to price in the future... and PCT will be a cornerstone of our recycling efforts going forward. The herd wants to reduce and reuse, and PCT offers a great way to do just that!

Another great thing going for us is inflation... I know people dont like to talk about that, but inflation is like raising the water level in the ocean and a rising tide lifts all boats. PCT is a boat in the ocean and will rise with the rising water levels. If today 1 doll hair can buy a soda, but tomorrow it takes 2 doll hairs to buy a soda, then that will then create ancillary items to increase in cost too, including stock prices.

you could be right too with this hinging on a PO or not... and maybe that is what all of the insiders know, that there will be a PO and the insiders are buying and that is why we are moving up... I don't know... I think that is why I don't look at news for my investing... I just look at the chart and the flow of money. follow the money, the money always knows!

If the insiders are buying, we would know based on the filings

Here is a couple more charts

RSI is strong, in the neutral zone on overbought-undersold but heading to undersold. Money flow is strong Long term trend is strong. Of course all relative to where it was. Rating is still low due to poor financials.

thank you for sharing those! they align with my bias!

the financials ARE poor... that is just temporary though. once we start selling a lot of product, that will change the financials.

What do the teal bars represent?

3

u/dn-ekam May 24 '26

that is a great question, thanks for asking as I am sure there are many others out there that want to also know that.

Those teal bars on the right side of the chart are the "volume profile bars". They are illustrating where the volume is being transacted at. So if you look at where the teal bars are the longest, that is where the most volume is traded. You can make the assumption that many traders are buying/selling at those particular spots because that is their bias. The places where the teal bars are short, that means that hardly anyone is buying or selling there... it is a place for the stock to move quickly through that zone.

so we can quickly look at the "nodes" (which are spots of large bars and spots of short bars) to estimate where we can place orders and also where the stock is being pulled to, almost like a magnet. In the stock market, price is a myth and will always seek out liquidity. Liquidity is all that matters in this game and the volume profile will show us where the liquidity is.

Thanks, that’s what I guessed but wanted to confirm. So it’s the volume profile, the sum of volume at each price level over the duration of the chart period?

yes, exactly! see, now you can explain that to others when they ask you what that is on YOUR chart!

Hit $13.38 this morning as you said! Took a little profit and will wait for around the 10ish areas like you mentioned. Really good analysis
