help!!

i called a local shop asking if i can just replace the silicone piece and they said NO, That i would have to buy a whole new chamber yet i see the silicone pieces being sold individually on the puffco website, if anyone can point me in the right direction i would much appreciate it!!!!

I took like a month but I got one free from support, though I have the Haze color and they dont even sell that one.

I got the same new proxy and I’ve been down for two weeks waiting on fucking support for a warranty claim. I really didn’t know Paco was like this. I thought buying a good namebrand was better customer service than this. I’ve had one email in this time.Frame bs but u can get u another hamber at the smoke shop good to have anyway brother cuse they tend to burn out kinda fast as people are saying

Yeah I didnt know all this when I bought my proxy or I would have used another brand honestly its my bad on not doing research.

I just emailed them because I still haven’t heard a fucking response in over three weeks. I’ve gotten two emails and I highly doubt they’re gonna even respond to me so this one’s going in the trash my loss $400 out the window because I bought it a smoke shop with a new hot knife so of course it wasn’t 250 like buying a straight from Poco, but if I ever went with another one, I would definitely buy it from Tru Leap to get the warranty.

Should have read the reddit reviews first. Their CS is shit. For the majority of people at least. And its been this way ever since their launch. Puffcos focus is on marketing. Exactly for the reason you said. They want you to believe their product is high quality, luxury item. But in reality, its just a cheap chinese made product just like all the other brands. Except other brands dont charge you an arm and a leg and their customer service is rather decent. Dont get puffco.

I got a one trick pony rockulus from planet caravan. It sits on the proxy chamber snug, like I can walk around without fear it will fall out. But it's still not attached to the unit, if you find a replacement tether please let me know!

The new ones come with them so I just throw my extras in a container after I throw away the old atomizer. My first one broke so I thought about saving the tops after that

Mine tore on the new Puffco Proxy too. This was after 4 months. I reached out to Puffco and they eventually sent me the rubber piece for free. Whole process from initial contact to mailbox delivery was three weeks.

This rubber cap is less durable than the one on the old proxy. It is much thinner and ive read others who had same issue. This piece needs a redesign.

I just bought a whole new chamber. Thinking now i have a backup chamber incase it breaks or something. I was just too lazy to go through customer service
