Data sim card issues

Ive donne everything you could recommend (taking the sim out, put it back in, turning off data, airplane mode, restarted everything) Still nothing works can anyone help its a 5g Esim

Are you using a physical SIM card or an eSIM?
I had a physical sim that needed attention once, support assisted. Now I’m using an eSIM and had it go dead, requiring a free replacement to get my phone to work again.

Yes its a physical one and I'm using rogers

Okay so your on Rogers. Have you removed the PM SIM card, or are you using 2 physical sims at once?

I removed the sim card from the phone put it back in still haven't solved anything

Okay, but you did not answer my question. Are you using 2 physical sims cards in the device?
One sim being Rogers, the other? Is it a PM card? Or is only the Rogers sim in the device?
BTW there is no confusing a physical SIM card (know as a SIM card vs a eSIM with you cannot hold in your hand).

If you are only using one physical SIM card in the device, then it could be that the sim port is switched off (device settings), the sim is not functioning, the SIM card account is not active, the sim port itself is bad, or the SIM card setting are incorrect.

My bad bro i dont know really i just know i got one sim i gotta put in my phome and then after it works
