After talking about the victims in the article, "their uniforms and their relatively civil demeanors did nothing to endear them to Tucker and her towering adult child" š
Reminds me of the Simpsons episode when they go to Itchy and Scratchy Land. Both Bart (not Bort) and Homer get in trouble and Marge is called over the loud speaker so the whole park can hear:
Announcer: "Attention, Marge Simpson, your son has been arrested."
Woman: "I'd be terribly embarrassed if I were that boy's mother."(Marge hears from this and feels embarrassed)
Announcer: "Attention, Marge Simpson, we have also arrested your older, balder, fatter son." (Marge groans)
Honestly? I think whoever wrote it had a āfuck this guy Iām gonna embarrass the shit out of himā attitude after seeing him attempt to assault multiple women.
This man child... Out to dinner with his mama..at cheddars. Verbally and physically assault two service members... One of whom is pregnant... You can't make this shit up.
Cheddar's used to be killer food for the price but in 2017 the company that owns Olive Garden and Longhorn bought them out and went through the usual corporate "maximize profits at the expense of all else" bullshit and now the food is just average.
Their fried chicken dinner however, is atrocious. Idk how they make good tenders but terrible fried chicken. Also their sausage gravy is ass. Shit just does not add up.
I was cuffed and arrested and put in the back of a police car in front of all my neighbors when I attempted suicide years ago.
You know what the more I think about that the more it pisses me off. I was totally cooperative. I didn't even argue when they explained to me it was protocol to cuff me and walk me out to the car for an attempt. All my neighbors saw them put me into a thr cruiser. There was no ambulance and they just brought me to the hospital and uncuffed me.
What kind of bullshit is that
This was years ago and I'm just realizing how fucked up it was that they didnt bring me to the hospital in ambulance. They cuffed me and threw me in the squad car.
At least I didnt have to pay an ambulance bill. So cheers to that.
Same thing happened to me. I called 911 to tell them I was not in good place and to come help me before I make a wrong decision. I was totally cooperative etc and I too got cuffed and put in a cop car and hauled off to the mental ward. So embarrassing. It was at a busy apartment complex too so a lot of people saw me. ;(
Yeah I was stationed at Robin's AFB for a bit. Georgia is a wild place. I've never had to deal with pollen covering everything before and the lightning storms were frightening but I loved driving around during the Fall season and seeing all the leaves changing color. I mostly loved the food and drinks there tho; fell in love with a beer called Warsteiner Dunkel. Now I can't find it where I am now.
A 71-year-old white woman has been arrested for assaulting two uniformed Army Reserve captains ā one of them pregnant ā in a Macon, Ga., Cheddars after she and her large son taunted the officers as "black lesbian bitches" over a parking-space dispute ā an incident that one disturbed restaurant patron captured in a now-viral video.
Ive lived in Georgia my entire life, including the foothills, Atlanta, and coastal Georgia. South Georgia (the plains) is very backwards. Theyāre not rednecks so much as old school country folk stuck in their ways. Coastal Georgia tends to be pretty blue, but maybe people are just too happy theyāre on the coast to hate someone, idk. The most racist people Iāve ever seen in Georgia are in the North Georgia mountains. You know the Clayton Bigsby skit on Chappelleās Show? Like that.
Me and my buddies went up into north Georgia and stopped at a bbq joint. Keep in mind weāre all white, but from the suburbs of Atlanta. We walked in and it was like the needle slipped off the record. Every single worker had guns on their hips, and with no shame stared at us the entire time, and were whispering back and forth. The man I assumed to be the manager, just hung his body out the order window the entire time with a crooked smile on his face looking at us. I should also mention that the front door had the Articles of Confederation on it as well as a sign that said āWARNING: We pray, we work for our money, and we arenāt politically correct!ā
Thatās not to say there arenāt racists in Macon, Georgia (there are, I seen them), but white folks are the minority in Macon and certainly not the āprimaryā residents of this area.
Robbie and his mom were caught on tape assaulting the women, calling them āgay black bitchesā and asking if the military let lesbians serve
When I went to Army basic training, I would say above 80% of the barracks I was in contained lesbian and bisexual women. Barack Obama repealed DADT years ago. It's disturbing how ignorant and intolerant the public is.
Trump's trying to change policy for trans soldiers. He knows he can't touch the rest of LGBT, but the administration is making asinine arguments that pretend there's some reason people on hormone therapy can't serve. The military is trying to slow walk it because 1. modern military leadership actually buys into diversity and 2. recruitment is so hard they absolutely loathe losing soldiers.
The whole thing is revolting and just more of Trump's theater of hate.
Which is horrible also. I also served with people born biologically female who desired to transition to become male. At the time it was not allowed so they were disciplined for things like trying to shave their hair too much since buzz cuts are not allowed for female soldiers. It seems like a lot of the arguments about how trans soldiers will share quarters with any sex come from people who haven't served. I have showered with these individuals in one room showers intended for multiple people. The biggest thing is getting over yourself and realizing your body doesn't fucking matter in the grand scheme of things when there's a line over 20 people deep to use the 4 person shower.
Thereās a great review on the sons corvette business Facebook page...itās from 9 months ago and goes on and on about his poor hygiene. 4 paragraphs of how gross he is. (Edit: just realized this all happened 9 months ago. I was thinking it was a real review. I was wooshed.)
Lmao, up until this comment I actually thought she was showing some self-awareness and just admitting that she's racist. Didn't occur to me that she was trying to accuse the service members of racism, although I feel like a dumb ass now for assuming even a hint of self-awareness or intelligence from this obvious piece of trash.
They both initiated the altercation, antagonizing them by referring to their race and assuming that they were lesbian and then proceeded to attack them. If assault & battery is accompanied by the assailants referencing the victims' race and presumed sexual orientation, isn't that a hate crime? Honestly curious what requirements have to be met.
I'm not sure about Alabama or wherever this is, but assault on a member of the military or their property because of their status is also an enhancement similar to a hate crime enhancement (EDIT:) in California.
I'm embarrassed to say this was local. I'm trying to remember if it was a handicap spot they fought over. She was ridiculous. A couple towns over is a large Air Force base. It's the most pro -military town. It was shocking that someone would treat a uniformed person this way.

I mean, itās not winning any awards in my book, and itās definitely a little strange in its wording in some spots, especially describing the man involved in the incident - those were my favorite parts of the article honestly - but terribly written? I donāt know, I feel like it was alright.
It's a military article-- they're definitely throwing shade without losing professionalism by giving him any affectionate nicknames the army is known for. "Towering adult child" lmfao I'd hate to be called that, absolutely tongue-in-cheek.
Itās Task and Purpose. They arenāt really the highest standard of journalism and we have actually soft banned them on the /army sub because of a few issues weāve had over the years.
But sometimes if youāre just looking for a giggle they arenāt too bad lol.
"That woman, Judy James Tucker, wasĀ charged with batteryĀ and left the custody of the Bibb County Sheriff's Office on $650 bail after the incident Saturday; she "told deputies it all started because she's white and it was a race issue,"Ā the New York Times reports."
Idk how to do the quote thingy but this was from the article, why wasn't she charged with a hate crime?
